    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4548" rel="nofollow">永慢陳永星</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10769<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2012-02-15 at 10:28am<br /><br />加油！祝挑戰初馬成功。<BR>適當的目標，很好。個人幾年來是：以時限完跑為己任，置成績名次於度外。所以近幾年來，總是最後離開起跑區。<BR>跑還是必要的，回想01年前兩場全馬，第一場的台北馬持續跑至約28公里，第二場的太魯閣馬持續跑至約15公里，其餘路程，半跑半走、邊跑邊走、時跑時走，靠意志力撐完。萬金石參與者眾，可以找力所能及的跑友跟著腳步跑，隨時可以依自己狀況將領頭羊換掉。進站都要補給一下，不能渴了再喝，餓了再吃。不知曾否跑過半馬或十公里路跑，成績如何？若能提供，也許網上有更多人可以提供意見。]]>
