    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5023" rel="nofollow">lyleesir</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11219<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2012-04-09 at 11:10pm<br /><br />我吃素也捐血，個人覺得並不會影響腿部肌力及續航力，這和訓練的量比較有關係，初馬之前<U>週跑量</U>約40公里左右，結果初馬成績4：58，跑完覺得腿快廢了，原來是訓練量不足；後來將<U>週跑量</U>提升到70~80公里左右，就可以跑進4小時之內，最近嘗試週日連3馬，結果肌鍵發炎，成績只能維持在4：20~4：30之間，目前完成9馬；所以訓練量仍要考量個人身體狀況，以不受傷為前提，跑完後我會吃大量的蔬果，如果1週之內有馬拉松場次，我會暫停捐血，等跑完後身體及精神狀況恢復良好後再捐。]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4926" rel="nofollow">順元</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11219<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2012-04-07 at 11:28pm<br /><br /><FONT size=4>&nbsp;&nbsp; <DIV></DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 運動量負荷大的長跑者，平常飲食攸關著腿肌耐力及續航力，或是脈搏心跳大小多寡，有著密切影響，不知先進賢拜是否有同感? <DIV></DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 吾人菸酒不沾；飲食大多偏向素食方面，但蛋類不忌。如此長期在練跑，總覺得自己跑的不長；約15K以後就覺得腿腳開始無力，速度也慢的很快，從1K5分半鐘掉到6分半甚至7分鐘1K。跑回25K大都要2H50M左右，總是沒多大進步。如此情形是否跟長期茹素有關，還是練的不夠勤呢? <DIV></DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 還有定期捐血500cc後一個月內，練跑時就有呼吸較急促的感覺，但一個月後就慢慢恢復往常呼吸頻率。另外喝了咖啡或是提神飲料後，練跑時心跳脈搏就有加快的感覺，可是對跑步不覺得有什麼幫助。 <DIV></DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 不知是後輩體質的關係，還是賢拜跑友也有如此的情形?一個長跑者基本能量來源就是飲食，後輩想聽聽各位先進賢拜、跑友的日常飲食如何?感恩喔! <DIV></DIV></FONT><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />編輯者 順元 - 2012-04-08 at 12:07am</span>]]>
