    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5180" rel="nofollow">roc</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11779<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2012-07-30 at 6:56am<br /><br />感謝鬥魚哥熱情，所謂連續3小時，是指假日時間比較充裕，<br />慢慢跑而已，運動場跑道較軟應該比較不會受傷，又無紅綠燈較安全，<br />雖然自己向從未達成的全馬未來下目標有些大膽，為的只是怕自己被<br />內心的軟弱征服，又回到原來的舒適圈，畢竟馬拉松這條路對大部分的人<br />來說是一種挑戰與折磨，不只需要體力也需要毅力且要與一般人的看法對抗的<br />周遭的朋友親人反對的聲音從來沒有停過，認為這種年紀太冒險，只要有運動就好<br />不要太超過，深怕自己會放棄的，所以透過論壇對大家下目標，最少這裡反對的聲音<br />會比較少啊！<br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5180" rel="nofollow">roc</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11779<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2012-07-25 at 8:04am<br /><br />今天真是跑步好天氣，五點二十的運動場，剛下過雨的跑道溼潤而不滑溜，跑起來增加不少地面傳來的Q度<br />氣溫約26度，有點第一次到澄湖的感覺，畢竟老百信都是身經百戰的大小妖，自己先躲起來練好再回去，否則經常受傷也不好，總共跑了90分鐘，記得朱文庸大哥建議我一次要超過二個小時，但不要每天跑的教導，希望九月後能跑到二個小時，加油！]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5180" rel="nofollow">roc</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11779<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2012-07-23 at 9:44am<br /><br />昨日是本周第一天 清晨五點與太太到駁二特區 沿著自行車道往南向夢世代方向健行<div></div>到中鋼新大樓再折回原來的駁二特區 大約八公里 走了90分鐘<div></div>雖然沒有跑 也走一走讓筋骨鬆鬆 也很久都沒與太太兩人出來走走了<div></div>現在暑假大女兒(大三)在家裡可以陪陪弟弟 讓我們夫妻可以自由出去走走<div></div>老婆額頭與鼻頭滿是汗珠 好久沒看到這種景象了<div></div><div></div>今日早上依樣沒跑 看了一本書 "瑜珈,看到真實的自我" 作者 Rachel Tsai (書名應該有誤,作者應該沒錯)<div>只看到前兩章,不過蠻有覺知的豁然. 整本書沒有談到瑜珈的任何動作,但又離不開瑜珈,</div><div>離不開瑜珈對作者的影響及作者想藉著瑜珈來成就人生的企圖 &nbsp;跑步是否可以如此思考?</div>]]>
