mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;'><font size="3"><div></div><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal">到了<span lang="EN-US">21</span>公里處，<span lang="EN-US">21</span>公里組左轉返回大會現場，<span lang="EN-US">42</span>公里組右轉往東豐鐵馬道前進。我看著<span lang="EN-US">21</span>公里跑者，羨慕他們已經可以停下來休息，但是我立刻回想吳大哥的話：能跑<span lang="EN-US">42</span>公里，就不要回頭去參加<span lang="EN-US">21</span>公里。能做更困難的事，就不要浪費時間體力去做簡單的事。吳大哥還說：在馬拉松場上，一加一等於三。前面<span lang="EN-US">21</span>公里跑得輕鬆，但後面<span lang="EN-US">21</span>公里必須耗費兩倍的力氣才能完成。<span lang="EN-US">42</span>公里真正的考驗在<span lang="EN-US">21</span>公里後才開始。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p><font size="3" face="新細明體"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style='font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;'><font size="3">果然，從<span lang="EN-US">25</span>公里開始，腿痠啦、胃脹氣啦<span lang="EN-US">(</span>在補給站吃太多東西喝太多水<span lang="EN-US">)</span>、想吐啦、鞋帶太鬆啦、腳底太熱啦<span lang="EN-US">……</span>各種疑難雜症都冒出來，吳大哥很體貼地幫我噴肌樂、按摩腳底和肩背，也給我吃日本進口的鹽巴和氨基酸、喝咖啡，幫我迅速恢復體力。途中遇到一個年紀和我相當的初馬跑者，前半段跑得太快導致抽筋、血糖過低，無法完成比賽。我不得不佩服吳大哥的配速方法，讓我能夠快樂地跑完全程。雖然在<span lang="EN-US">30</span>公里左右的時候頭很暈，疑似是血糖過低，但是吃了吳大哥的「秘密武器」，又享受高超的推拿功夫之後，休息幾分鐘之後又上路！<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span><font size="3" face="新細明體"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style='font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;'><font size="3">當時我們已經跑了四小時整，剩下兩小時半，必須跑完<span lang="EN-US">12</span>公里。原以為可以輕輕鬆鬆用兩小時甚至一小時半跑完，但是，體力下滑的速度超乎預期，肌肉承受不住。我遇到撞牆期了。<span lang="EN-US">30~36</span>公里跑了一個半小時，跑一小段就必須停下來走好久。吳大哥反覆問我：「你會後悔嗎？」我堅定地回答：「我不後悔。我從來不做會後悔的事。就算用走的，我也要把它走完。」<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p><font size="3" face="新細明體"></font><span style='font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;'><font size="3"><div></div><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal">最後<span lang="EN-US">6</span>公里，有點擔心是否能在一小時內跑完。我的腳底已經在發熱，痠麻感也蔓延到大腿後側，但吳大哥說：只要大腿外側肌肉不會痠就還能跑！因為這一句話，我決定試試自己的身體極限在哪，於是我不管那些痛苦的感覺，繼續跑，跑到速度和走路一樣慢時停下來走一段，再跑，最後在六小時三十分時通過終點。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p><font size="3" face="新細明體"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style='font-family: "新細明體","serif";
