 mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:  minor-latin">左右，小沈打電話過來說他們已在會場，我們三人─阿水哥、戈兄只得加快速度，換上運動衣褲，匆匆離開飯店，趕到美麗島站搭捷運，此時天色尚暗，街道沒什麼人，沒想到一到月台，已有一群人在排隊，不久列車來了，還好上車尚順利；車行到高雄車站，見排在較後面的乘客就要用擠的才能勉強上車，等車行至後驛站時，車廂內就人擠人，像擠沙丁魚了，雖有點不舒服，但見部分乘客因上不了車，在月台上乾著急，仍覺得自己幸運，還好一下子就到了世運站，此時只見捷運站服務人員用麥克風忙著引導大家往會場走，用代幣的乘客還可直接將代幣交給服務人員，以加速人群疏散，這與一般對高雄捷運搭乘人數不多的印象差異很大。離開捷運站已快六點了，看時間有點緊，三人只得以小跑步方式往會場前進，一方面當熱身，一方面爭取時間，等寄完物再回到世運大道拱門起跑線，不久就鳴槍起跑了。</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span lang="EN-US"><font size="3">&nbsp;</font></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><b><u><font size="3"><span style="font-family:&quot;新細明體&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:  minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:新細明體;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;  mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:  minor-latin">路標，雖少了半馬組跑者，賽道的人似乎沒有明顯減少，卻感覺房子漸漸少了，有種往郊外跑去的味道，再跑一陣子，裁判引導我們往道路分隔島左邊跑，只見前面有不少跑者迎面而來，已開始往回跑了，心想再繞個圈子就可跟他們一樣折回，不久轉入一條鄉間小路，沿著大排水溝跑，此時太陽正大，雖曬得有點刺痛，但因台北連日又濕又寒、很不陽光，正可利用此機會補曬一下，增加一點陽光氣，奇怪！跑著跑著就是看不到折返點，反而像進入了九彎十八拐、樂樂長的迷宮一般，不知過了多久才看見蚵仔寮觀光漁市，幾位皮膚曬得烏黑發亮的漁民，悠閒的在那兒納涼，還熱情地為我們加油，不久看見一座金碧輝煌巍峨的廟宇，前面有志工幫我們補給，緊鄰的好像是一處市場，很是熱鬧，另有熱情的民眾沿著街設了一攤一攤的補給點，形式不拘，有的擺個桌子、有的拿著托盤、有的在地上擺著攜帶型冰箱，補給品有麵、貢丸、小羊羹、番茄、冰袋，不一而足，跟神明繞境一般任你吃，很是感人，拿了一袋冰邊跑邊擦身體，因不敢貪嘴，只能邊跑邊瀏覽，真是感恩！感恩！</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span lang="EN-US"><font size="3">&nbsp;</font></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><b><u><font size="3"><span style="font-family:&quot;新細明體&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:  minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:新細明體;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;  mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:  minor-latin">百公尺，因此沿路非常小心因應，除多補充些鹽外，遇到醫護站有消炎止痛噴劑時，也停下來噴一下，同時視抽痛情況放慢速度，縮小步幅，有時甚至走一段，再試著跑，心想總要有點時間讓電解質補充到抽筋部位，如此總算因應得宜，雖多花點時間，慶幸能平安奔回終點；此時如想趕快跑完最後一里路，而加快速度或誇大步幅，將增加肌肉負擔，就可能像這位道友一般抽痛到倒下，反而欲速則不達，頗為可惜！可惜！</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span lang="EN-US"><font size="3">&nbsp;</font></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span lang="EN-US"><font size="3">&nbsp;</font></span></p>]]>
