mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">傷勢不嚴重，自己判斷是肌肉過度使用，乳酸累積導致僵硬鐵腿所致，拉筋舒展，按摩按摩，應該不會影響隔週的貢寮馬。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P><P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" =Ms&#111;normal><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>&nbsp;</FONT></o:p></SPAN></P><P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" =Ms&#111;normal><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '新細明體','serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">去看醫生，果然傷得不重，但成因和對治作法卻錯得離譜，其實是肌肉過度使用導致發炎和輕微撕裂傷，這種情況，</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face=Calibri>48</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '新細明體','serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">小時內冰敷，之後續以熱敷，絕對不可按揉或拉筋舒展，儘量不要使用患部，依嚴重程度，可以擦外用消炎藥膏或內服消炎藥和肌肉鬆弛劑，需要進一步治療時，則是到復健診所佐以電療、紅外線照射等方式加速復原。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P><P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" =Ms&#111;normal><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>&nbsp;</FONT></o:p></SPAN></P><P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" =Ms&#111;normal><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '新細明體','serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">原來，我跑步向來兩腳外翻嚴重，右腳尤甚，最近刻意調整；外翻的腳步，比較不會用到小腿內側的腓腸肌，所以我右小腿內側的腓腸肌相對缺乏鍛鍊。而此次關子嶺的路線，上下陡坡不少，加上我刻意使用前腳掌的蹠球部位著地，導致腓腸肌使用過度，終至成傷。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P><P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" =Ms&#111;normal><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>&nbsp;</FONT></o:p></SPAN></P><P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" =Ms&#111;normal><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '新細明體','serif';
