    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3988" rel="nofollow">車尾燈</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 15968<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2017-01-12 at 11:07am<br /><br /><div>跑步傷膝蓋？ 美國研究：正好相反！</div><div>健康醫療網作者健康醫療網╱記者蘇湘雲報導 | 健康醫療網 – 2017年1月10日 下午12:58</div><div>&nbsp;分享推薦</div><div><br></div><div>(健康醫療網╱記者蘇湘雲報導)&gt;</div><div>很多人認為，跑步容易傷膝蓋，造成膝蓋痠痛、腫痛。美國一項研究發現，事實正好相反，跑步不只不會傷膝蓋，還可以減少膝蓋發炎反應，反而可以減緩退化性關節炎發生。</div><div><br></div><div>跑步有助抗發炎　促進膝蓋健康</div><div>研究作者美國楊百翰大學運動學副教授馬特•西雷表示，不少人直覺認為，長距離跑步容易傷害膝蓋，這種想法可能是一種迷思。</div><div><br></div><div>研究團隊以數名18歲到35歲的健康男女為研究對象，請這些人跑步30分鐘，在跑步前後，研究人員分析他們膝蓋關節液中的發炎指標。研究首席作者楊百翰大學運動學助理教授羅伯特˙希爾達哈表示，研究結果顯示，對於年輕、健康的人，跑步可以創造抗發炎環境，長期下來，可能對促進關節健康很有好處。</div><div><br></div><div>研究學者認為，跑步或可延緩退化性關節炎等退化性關節疾病發生，研究並沒有發現跑步的人比其他人更容易得退化性關節炎，反之，跑步說不定還能治療退化性關節炎，未來或可成為療程一部分。這項研究成果已發表於〈歐洲應用生理學期刊〉（European Journal of Applied Physiology）。</div><div><br></div><div>跑步前後　要做伸展運動</div><div>美國骨科醫師、運動醫學專家凱文˙普藍闕表示，民眾跑步時，一定要選一雙適合、正確的鞋子，且要有足夠支撐。跑步前，一定要伸展肌肉、熱身，無論跑步距離長短都一樣，確保血流順暢，特別是寒冷冬季，伸展更是重要。</div><div><br></div><div>醫師也建議，跑步的人除了跑步，也最好增加一些核心肌肉訓練，讓大腿前後側肌肉、臀部肌肉等，都能獲得充分訓練。即使氣溫轉暖，跑步也不宜操之過急，建議循序漸進地增加運動量，每星期跑步距離增加幅度，盡量不要超過之前10%，剛開始跑步時，速度放慢，跑步前後，也要充分進行伸展運動，如此較不會產生運動傷害。</div>]]>
