 mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:  minor-latin">下班從台北公館經自來水博物館，在堤防外自行車道往景美跑，過了跨河堤天橋不久，遠遠的看到一位似乎熟悉的身影，正邁著快步在對面車道迎面走來，及跑近確定是永和慢跑隊的阿聰大哥，雖是用走的卻跟我跑的速度差不多，已是滿身汗，以往遇到他總是一邊揮手一邊飛奔而過速度很快，上次遇到時說去日本北海道跑</span><span lang="EN-US">100</span><span style="font-family:&quot;新細明體&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;mso-ascii-font-family:  Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:新細明體;  mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin">艋舺馬拉松會遇到，結果也沒看到，趕快停下跟他聊一下情況，好像是背著醫生的勸告，自己用快走在復健，一直說不會聽醫生的話！不會聽醫生的話！聽了感受很深，一位原本活跳跳的人，因運動受傷就要停止運動，總是很難讓人接受。記得以前自己膝蓋痛去看醫生，醫生也是說不要再跑步、不要爬樓梯等等負面的看法，後來也沒聽醫生的話，雙腿綁著護膝先用走的、再用小跑步；先小距離、再慢慢拉長，現在跑照跑、痛仍在痛，二者和平共存，只是跑前均要充分的熱身，很小心避免再受傷。很高興看到阿聰大哥已能快步走，且可走好幾公里了，祝他早日康復，很快回到賽道，大家再一起享受跑步的樂趣，阿聰加油！阿聰加油！</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal" style="text-indent:24.0pt"><span lang="EN-US"><font size="3">&nbsp;</font></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><b><u><font size="3"><span style="font-family:&quot;新細明體&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:  minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:新細明體;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;  mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin">公里路標，往前望去除遠山外，就是無盡的長路，還有兩旁呼嘯而過的車輛，像少了甚麼感覺越跑越慢，索性找速度相當的跑友，跟在別人後面跑起來比較有節奏，跟來跟去，竟跟到一位頭戴可護頸遮陽帽，運動衣背面別上印有“麥春福”名字布條的大哥，布條已洗得泛白退色了；還有一位“愛跑部”的年輕跑友，二人邊跑邊聊天，麥大哥說明天還要跑高雄大寮馬；年輕人說要跑田中馬，均是能跑連日馬的好腳，跟在他們後面要認真跑才跟得上，本來以為他們是隊友，後來才知也像我一樣，只是道上萍水相逢的道友，經過一水站就見年輕人繼續往前跑，我則跟麥大哥亦步亦趨時近時遠，他好像也放慢速度等我，在跑過</span><span lang="EN-US">17.5</span><span style="font-family:&quot;新細明體&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;mso-ascii-font-family:  Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:新細明體;  mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:  minor-latin">公里補給站，竟也沒舒跑了，還好接著二個站仍有舒跑可喝，再接著就只剩水了，下了國道，抽筋症狀越來越明顯，不敢大意，有症狀就走一下，安全第一，又跑了一陣子，遠遠的看見二位熱心民眾在路邊替大家加油，有一位拿著紅色塑膠盒，只見前面道友紛紛趨前拿東西，及跑至才知是白晶晶的鹽，也趕快用手捏一撮往嘴裡送，再配點水漱一漱後吞下，沒想到平常看起來不起眼、唾手可得的小東西，這時竟是這麼重要！味道竟是這樣的美妙！感謝這二位熱心人士！感恩！感恩！</span></font><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>]]>
