mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">陪著先生參加跑步聯誼的會內活動</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">當時的她體重有七十五公斤以上</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">而她的福態持續到</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>2002</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年的愚人節有了戲劇性的變化</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">為了參加當年五月份台北跑者主辦的加拿大溫哥華馬拉松賽</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>, </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">她毅然決然地開始跑步運動</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">在那次活動裡順利完成五公里的路跑賽</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">次年</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>(2003)</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">四月份又參加了台北跑者的巴黎及鹿特丹馬拉松參賽團</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">出國前努力練跑</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>, </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">準備挑戰生平首次的全程馬拉松賽</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">不到五個月的辛苦練習</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>, </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">體耐力大幅進步</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>, </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">體重驟降到只剩五十七公斤</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體;
