員與附屬會的分別。

Article 3: Membership

The membership of the Association shall be composed of four categories:

3.1 Full Members: A road race is eligible for full membership if it satisfies the Board of

Directors of AIMS that it meets the following criteria:

3.1.1 has been in existence for a period of not less than two years,

3.1.2 is currently sanctioned by its national federation which itself is a member of the International Amateur Athletic Federation,

3.1.3 has a course certified by a course measurer* appointed by the AIMS Technical Committee under the rules of AIMS and the IAAF,

3.1.4 has been attended by a technical observer appointed by the Board of Directors of AIMS who will report to the Board on the planning, organization and execution of the event,

3.1.5 is an international road race by virtue of having runners from a minimum of three countries other than that of the host country.

*NB: the expenses of the course measurer will not be borne by AIMS.

3.2 Associate Members: Any road race that does not currently qualify for full membership may become an associate member, provided that:

3.2.1 this road race has been or is planning to be held (within one year) on a certified course,

3.2.2 it is sanctioned by its national federation, which itself is a member of the International Amateur Athletic Federation.

3.2.3 As soon as an Associate Member meets the necessary requirements it must make formal application to the Board of Directors to become a Full Member.

3.2.4 In any case the time of associate membership shall not exceed two years.

好奇的想問，國內目前所辦的馬拉松賽有那些有經過AIMS認可？好像沒聽聞過，該不會都沒有吧！？

有一張完走證書就很高興了，能現場拿最好，不然事後再郵寄也很好呀！

因為完走獎牌沒有參賽者的個人姓名、完走時間等資料，誠為美中不足。沒有這些資料，年久月深，子子孫孫很難考古是哪位老祖宗的傑 作。

哈！

據多次參加國際性馬拉松的經驗, 只要是經過AIMS(國際馬拉松路跑協會)所認可的賽會, 賽後, 所有的完走者都可以獲贈完走獎牌和成績證明書. 這種比較具有規格的賽會, 其報名費都會貴一些.

你太厚道啦！

小弟雖沒去，但是小弟所屬的跑步俱樂部肖友都為主辦當局的效率，怨聲四起，特別是你更沒有拿到完走獎走獎牌，大家都為你不值啦， 而且目前依然有些跑友還是拿不到完走獎牌，怡保全馬，看來小弟只有等待它上軌道啦！

檳城大橋競跑（馬拉松）沒有現場發完走証書，但是今年吉隆坡全馬有現場發証書，只是排隊拿花多一些 時間，有用championchip，聽說它會展期，原本每一次是與香港全馬撞期，確定日期一有，小弟就會告知台灣跑友。

萬呈兄：

按常例，檳城馬拉松都在7月的第一個週日舉行。雖未跑過，但印象中有完成證書。

至於吉隆坡，就勞永忠回答了。

                     馬拉松的精神因人而異，堅忍剛毅永不放棄，即使跑到死去活   來又何妨？

我必須鄭重澄清「怡保馬拉松」，跑的很愉快，老小也玩的很開心，不知何來「怡保全馬事情重演，嚇走台灣跑 友啦」？永忠兄你多慮啦！

上回你提到有朋友多出怡保馬拉松完走獎牌願讓一面給我，前因亂碼干擾一直無法表達謝意，是否請老兄代我先謝謝這位朋友，如此一來 怡保馬拉松的缺角好像就補齊了，真是太感謝！

真的很不好意思，剛才才與跑友聊天，大馬全馬只能推荐吉隆坡或檳城，其他的等上軌道，不然小弟恐怕怡保全馬事情重演，嚇走台灣跑 友啦！

說丟人可能太沈重了。

但可能會讓人覺得主辦單位辦事實在太沒效率才會延期。

這個賽事永忠兄之前有推薦過，說真的國內有實力的選手值得前去一試，公開組1至20都有獎金。

但報名費大馬選手30令吉，外國選手30美金，相差三倍多很不合理。另想不到是七時起跑，我還以為熱帶國家都是四或五時起跑，七 時起跑真的太熱了。

最不該是事到臨頭又改期，這對選手很不尊重，尤其外國選手，臨期才改可能無法排出時間到大馬出賽。

各位:

蘭卡威馬拉松第二次展延，主辦當局說是應國內外參賽者的要求，所以展延。

最新賽期是明年八月二十日。

但是小弟相信，這多數是反應不好啦！建議台灣跑友勿先報名哦！遲早會像柔佛馬拉松一樣，展延了兩次，主辦依然很差。
