    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=532" rel="nofollow">桃園的小胖子</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2386<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2005-05-28 at 11:24am<br /><br /> 我是桃園小胖子，這次我又落馬了，除了加上家中逢巨變，以及覺得自己的實力應該沒有問題至少路面不像萬統杯那樣，但不幸還是落馬 了，世勳前輩及新營慢跑會林前輩也鼓勵我慢慢來，不要太貪心，至少跑過全馬再跑超馬，唉！我覺得我還是慢慢來好了，不過這次補給 很充分，每次回到起點時候都有一大堆東西可以吃，果然永和的補給是最棒的，不過請教各位前輩一個問題，我前半馬約2小時15分內 ，可是過了21里程後就會力不從心，而且只要一停下來走一下下就沒有再跑的動力，如果要跑跑沒多久就要走的，本次超馬就是這樣子 ，我只有跑過3次半馬經驗，體重80公斤都胖在肚子，還有有時跑到約20-23公里時右邊蛋蛋會小痛一下我穿緊身褲，請各位前輩 給小胖子一點建議，謝謝。感恩ㄚ]]>
