1.像太魯閣全線無紅綠燈，兩端一管制，沒有汽機車可以進入，跑者最如意了。〈梨山曾文水庫金山應該也相同或類似，但迄今未曾參與過〉

每次路跑我對交通的注意絕對全神慣注，原因大家都知道；其實交通管制，一如禹與鯀的治水，讓車輛兵臨城下與跑友兩軍對峙，絕對是錯誤的，理應早早在前面好幾個路口就要改道，〈道要怎樣改？有空請交通局長到店仔頭、榕樹下、菜市口聽人講就知。〉

九月二十二日是國際無車日，今年適逢星期假日及台北市公共腳踏車設置兩週年，交通局舉辦臺北腳踏車節與慢跑活動，也辦得很熱鬧

I felt a little upset when running the above cross sections and watching those motorists angry at us. I wonder there were some problems in traffic control. They should be redirected earlier to other detours rather than being forced to stop and confront with us. 就在福林路口因為搶著過馬路快跑飛奔,像在跑間歇亂了配速,跑過麥帥二橋,便和象錄的距
離越來越遠了.

在清晨6點左右跑過2處十字路口,聽到各有1名摩拖車騎士喊著要上班,想要衝出,被警察
如獅子吼般怒斥,聽在跑者心裡真窩心,非常感謝當天值勤的員警們.跑在暢行無阻的道路上,
心裡萬分感激,就是這個念頭推動自己要跑出好成績.

台北國際馬拉松在台北市區開跑，所以就會有跑者與市民的互動，可惜這種互動常都不好。

1. 中山北路與福林路口，一大早要開車上陽明山遊玩的民眾不耐交通管制，按起喇叭來，跑在我身旁的XX勝在一邊喃喃相罵，我只有快跑，把力省下來還有三十公里要用。

2. 北安路圓環汽車喇叭聲四起，菜鳥警察：「怎麼辦，要不要讓汽車過？」老鳥警察：「不行！」感謝勞苦功高、忍辱負重的工作人員們。

3. 堤頂大道要上環東大道民眾：「拜託啦！我在趕路讓我過去！」
警察：「不行！」

4. 還是萬華河濱公園晨起運動的阿公阿嬤最好，早操暫停下來，都來幫我們加油，祝他們活到一百五十歲！
