    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1124" rel="nofollow">otto</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3833<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2007-11-22 at 11:56am<br /><br /><P><FONT size=3>先說一下我的現況及疑問，煩請各位前輩指導一二</FONT></P><P><FONT size=3>小弟一直以來5K都想要跑到21分，圓一下當兵5K從為及格的夢！<BR>（當兵太爽，託軍團體能戰技的福當兩年只跑過一次5K，中心跑過一次3K，90公斤退伍∼唉！<img src="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="%3c3c3cea%3c3c3c" />）<BR>疑問一、<BR>現況：<BR>3K我已經跑到14：37<BR>5K勉強只能撐到24：26<BR>9.6K 家樂福盃 45：52<BR>12K&nbsp; 阿猴&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 01：05：00（很難看的成績∼唉！<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="%3c3c3cea%3c3c3c" />） <BR>從一開始3K 18：00&nbsp;&nbsp; 5K 28：00∼29：00，其實已經進步很多<BR>有點搞不懂的是，如果以每天跑9.6K，後5K可以快到22分<BR>從頭開始就是無法達成（剛開始先拉筋熱身跑1K，再拉筋熱身開始跑）</FONT></P><P><FONT size=3>我想是我的配速出了問題，每次比賽不是前面跑太快，後面就沒有續航力<BR>不然就是前面怕有上述的前車之鑑留太多體力，等到快到終點前400∼600還可以衝刺（吃偷！留太多體力，跑得有點心虛<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="%3c3c3c&#111;nfused" />）</FONT></P><P><FONT size=3>疑問二、<BR>間歇性跑步我有嘗試過只跑兩趟（96秒，太看得起自己<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="%3c3cea%3c3c" />），小弟我就晾起來放在旁邊滴水<BR>我的呼吸從之前的二吸一呼（感覺吸太快，吸不到氣很喘）<BR>改為現在跑快的話一吸一呼（慢的話變成一吸二呼），情況比之前改變好多，不會有吸不到氣的感覺</FONT></P><P><FONT size=3>間歇性跑步或亞索800公尺是盡可能把時間抓到剛好<BR>還是只要在自己所定的範圍內無論快慢不一樣都可以，還是要配速？</FONT></P><P><FONT size=3>跑快一點時一吸一呼還能應付，但是再加速就要用嘴巴幫忙吐氣，不然的話就會撐不下去<BR>進行這種練習，呼吸方式一定要跟平常跑步一樣？還是以能完成訓練完前提，呼吸不拘？</FONT></P><P><BR><FONT size=3>上一次親六堆21K跑了201，後面聽到還有6K太高興了就開始衝，結果狼狽的回到終點<BR>但也完成第一次半馬，比預期只要3個小時完跑就好還能接受！<BR>在阿猴看到好多前輩跑馬，真的很羨慕，當然也跟前輩們請教一些經驗，大家也不吝相授及鼓勵我<BR>去參加初馬感覺好窩心！</FONT></P><DIV><P><FONT size=3>現在訓練的菜單如下（菜鳥級的菜單見笑了！）<BR>一&nbsp; 8∼11K <BR>二&nbsp; 16K<BR>三&nbsp; 8∼11K<BR>四 16K<BR>五 8∼11K<BR>六 16K<BR>日 休兵（應付我兒子，看我家老大的需求，爬山或騎自行車）<BR>後續還有ING 21K&nbsp;&nbsp; 嘉義 21K 已經報名，小弟想把初馬凹在台南古都馬拉松</FONT></P><DIV><FONT size=3>希望能夠實現初馬的夢想！<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="%3c3c3cink" /></FONT></DIV></DIV><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />編輯者 otto - 2007-11-22 at 11:59am</span>]]>
