    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1036" rel="nofollow">復興跑者</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3838<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2007-11-30 at 2:53pm<br /><br />剛開始接觸慢跑，只憑著一股傻勁及蠻力，還有一意孤行自以為是的想法，對雙腿從來不做保養，而且還認為有酸痛才有進步，對酸痛也不太理會，但當跑步時間越來越久，加上周遭的跑友，有些人(包括本人)在身體上因跑步而形成慢性的傷害，例如持續性的酸痛而不能完全恢復，形成某個部位的痛源，有些人更嚴重的不能再繼續慢跑，形成永遠的傷害，例如肌肉纖維化，關節損傷退化等等，而這些跑友，有一個共通點：有在練速度，而且跑的很遠。反而，那些跑的很慢的跑友，倒很少聽說有受傷或酸痛不退的現象。於是本人上網到各大跑步網站搜尋，目前的心得，僅供參考：(一)慢跑訓練要有全程的規劃，做大週期規劃如一年，半年或三個月或配合一場比賽，內含幾個小週期如一週或10天，每個週期的內容包括長跑，天波跑，間歇跑，輕鬆跑，休息及重量訓練等等(本人長期的小腿酸痛現象，在請教孵蛋箱的教練之後，做了幾週的單腳舉重練習後，已明顯改善，才體會到重量訓練的重要性)，而且強度及距離以循序漸進，慢慢增強或增長為原則，做完一次大週期之後，要有一段恢復期只做輕鬆跑或重量訓練，也可以完全不跑，改做其它的運動例如健走，游泳或騎單車，直到身心完全恢復為止再進行下一個大週期，當然強度和距離也是一樣要從頭開始。(二)傾聽身體所發出的訊息，有不對勁就要治療或休息，待恢復後再進行。而且，不要補做強度訓練，(要有多少的輕鬆跑里程才能做多少比例的強度練習)，本人就忽略了這一點，在幾次的補跑強度訓練而造成了左腳掌心酸痛的問題。還有，感冒絕對不要做長距離跑或強度練習，嚴重的話會引起併發症。疲勞，暈眩，無力感，胸悶，心悸等不舒服的現象也一樣，不適合做強度及長距離跑。(三)均衡的飲食及各種營養品的補充還有充足的休息及睡眠。(四)防護裝備的應用，如護膝，心跳錶，消炎軟膏等等。(五)訓練時的防護，如訓練前的動態熱身(倒退跑橫跑交叉步跑墊步彈跳及幾趟短距離的輕快跑)，訓練後緩身伸展，泡冷水或冰敷(訓練後立即補充碳水化合物及蛋白質如吐司蛋巧克力牛奶等對肌肉肝糖提供有效的補充，可幫助恢復)。在休息時對肌肉的按摩，也有助肌肉的恢復。以上，是本人的小小心得，供大家參考，謝謝!! <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />編輯者 復興跑者 - 2007-11-30 at 4:14pm</span>]]>
