    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1023" rel="nofollow">bedford</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3929<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2007-12-12 at 6:51pm<br /><br />腳踝拔掉左邊2隻鋼釘，另外右邊的2支鋼釘還在骨頭裡面，因為第一次開刀取出來時候聽到鋼釘跟骨頭接觸聲音，讓我牙齒發麻，所以就不敢去進行第2次開刀取出，現在這2支鋼釘已經跟我骨頭合而為一了。目前就受傷的左腳比較使不出力，跑步時候仍以右腳為主，左右不平衡也難怪造成更大身體負擔。]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1023" rel="nofollow">bedford</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3929<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2007-12-11 at 8:56pm<br /><br />我也提供自己短期進步訓練方法讓跑友參考，不一定每人都適用，只是我個人經驗而已。我週練習練大約70--90公里，但是假日一定至少有1次到2次的19公里虎頭山上下坡路跑，速度慢，以完跑為主，時間大約2小時。週間我會選擇一天狀況好的時候，練習亞索800，從剛開始的800公尺每次3分20秒（很喘），一個月內調整進步到2分50秒內（不喘），一週就只有這次練習速度了，在比賽之前3天將自己身心狀況調整，配合飲食，自然就能跑出超乎預期的成績。對於這次曾文跑後的傷害，實在讓我心慌，畢竟16日ING馬上到了，所以請教老經驗跑友，也許經由不同恢復方法，可以所短疼痛時間，提早調整下場比賽。]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1023" rel="nofollow">bedford</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3929<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2007-12-10 at 10:45pm<br /><br />感謝星爺指導，畢竟經驗多多，更何況50馬對我已經是不可能達成的任務了。打算跑完最後一趟今年的台北馬拉松，未來不再參加42公里了，畢竟膝蓋好像不聽話，半月軟骨似乎有問題，跑42公里他就對我抗議，如果只是肌肉酸痛還可忍受，就怕是更嚴重的傷害，以前腳踝開過刀，感覺很不好，現在實在不希望膝蓋開刀。雖然喜歡跑步，但是仍得對自己的身體狀況低頭，16日跑完這次台北馬拉松，以後最多只參加21公里半馬過過癮就好。]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=120" rel="nofollow">民間公證人陳永星</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3929<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2007-12-10 at 5:59pm<br /><br /><FONT size=4>當場跑完，應該就要收操或多些路，個人經驗走得越多則恢復越快，第二天起能動就動，不要快跑，慢跑或快走都可以，盡量多走些路，理應可以促進乳酸排除。不知用何藥，個人經驗若真受不了，就塗抹熱力軟膏，感受有很大助益。台北馬拉松較曾文好的至少有三：氣溫可以預期更低、路更平坦、補給更棒。較差的就是交管，後段班被擋下來放車通行的機會仍然很高，就看你的運氣了。縱然有許多布條與看板宣導交管與改道措施，就怕徒勞無功。前輩〈百馬以上及至少70馬者或有數百人〉不發聲，後輩〈區區50馬許〉造次了。 </FONT>]]>
