mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年底僅完成了半馬。當時想想，畢竟自己仍是菜鳥，完成半個新希望也算不錯了，就再給自己寬限一年吧。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2007</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年眼看應該可在年底交卷；沒想到在</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月受了傷，跑不了也不能練瑜伽，就只能在養傷中慢慢增肥</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">…</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">3/2</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">當天尚未出門時，就覺得胃腸不太舒服。鳴槍開跑，過了萬里隧道後，果然狀況就來了。起初是腹部右側微痛，接著就痛到只能用走的。心想，已經很久沒有碰到跑步時腹痛的狀況了，難道今天就真的要因此而無法完跑嗎？提醒自己大口深呼吸，一面用手去按摩，過了一陣子終於疼痛減緩，又恢復跑步。</SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">我跑步很慢，所以在賽前就盤算：一小時應可跑</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">8</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">公里，這樣</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">小時就有</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">40</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">公里，剩下的半小時跑</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2.195</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">應是綽綽有餘。然而，若腹痛頻頻而走的太多，這計畫就泡湯了。後來第一小時剛好有跑到</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">8</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">公里出頭，才略為寬心。之後，腹痛到需要用走的情況又發生了一次；一邊跑步一邊忍耐腹部不適的情形，則一路時斷時續地發生。幸運的是，疼痛程度隨著里程增加漸漸緩和了。</SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">超過半馬折返點後，跑者密度稀釋許多，大家也比較有空間多觀察其他跑友。一位大哥跟我說：「你的鞋子很漂亮喔！」之後又有另一位注意到我的鞋子。因為我不是以腳跟為著地點，因此不穿一般厚腳跟墊的跑步鞋，目前穿的是一雙薄鞋底的</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">Puma</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">鞋。這相較於一般跑鞋的確與眾不同，不過倒是第一次在路跑過程中被其他跑友注意到。</SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">漸漸逼近折返點時，我隱約聽到有人說沒水了，心裡一驚。如果這是</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">ING</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">馬拉松，我會覺得沒水了是意料中的事，但出現在金石馬拉松，可真是嚇我一跳。雖然我自備水壼，但依平時經驗會在</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">30</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">幾公里處就喝完，需再補充。如果後面都沒水了，我會死ㄟ</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">…</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">頓時整個人陷入忐忑不安的情緒。接著，就在折返點處有一個小感動等著我：這是我第一次遇到工作人員主動將信物為我戴上。對他而言，可能只是一個微不足道的小動作，但對我來說，他的舉動卻令我印象深刻。</SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">進入後半段，也進入了要不斷對自己精神喊話的階段。金石馬拉松沿途一邊是山，一邊是海，這對於喜歡邊跑步邊看風景的我來說，應該是?佳佈景。但我發覺身處極度痛苦之中時，欣賞美景的興致已所剩無幾。只能不斷提醒自己：「總比沒風景好多了吧</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">…</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">平常哪看得到海？還不把握機會多瞧瞧</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">…</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">跑著跑著，漸漸感覺右膝左後方肌肉不太舒服，這種情形在賽前最後一次長距離練習時也曾發生過。提醒自己在經過醫護站時用一些噴劑也許可以改善。遇到醫護站時，一問有無噴劑，好幾個同學義工像是已講了很多遍地異口同聲說「沒</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">~</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">有</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">~</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">了</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">~</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">」。還好這時右膝不適已減輕。不過心裡難免嘀咕著，今年金石怎會缺水又缺噴劑啊</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">…</FONT></SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">到了</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">35</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">公里的水站，此處似供水無虞。我一開始帶的飲料到此時所剩不多，開口問同學義工到</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">40</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">公里是否還會有水。同學回答說不一定哦，提議我現在先裝。這時我大概已累到手指協調有問題了，拿起一紙杯倒進水壼，竟被我潑出許多</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">~</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">同學見狀趕緊同時拿兩杯水幫我倒進水壼。超感激</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">~</FONT></SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">公里處，有一位跑者經過我身旁時說「妳很厲害哦，跑了這麼遠！」我已經累到只能回應以微笑</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">(</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">還是苦笑</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">?)</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">，講不出話了。</SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">好不容易，終於可以看到萬里隧道的兩個大鼻孔，緩慢地接近。由於隧道是彎曲的，不到最後看不到出口的亮光。提醒自己就剩最後一點點了，到了另一端的亮光就快到終點了。終於，一出了隧道就可看到太平洋翡翠灣福華飯店，最後以</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">小時</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">20</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">分抵達終點。</SPAN></FONT></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT size=3>剛「達陣」時，神經似乎被痠痛大量占據了。最點滴在心頭的是為我戴信物的工作人員、為我倒水的同學、跑友的加油、車陣中小朋友的加油、在終點及證書領取處聽到的「恭喜」，還有就是在寄物處的工作人員──當時我一定面有菜色，還沒掙扎到寄物處，工作人員就把我的包包送到我面前。</FONT></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">在跑者廣場閒逛，看到</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">Richter</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">的簽名檔：「馬拉松選手是一群：最能享受痛苦、最能忘記痛苦，也最能昇華痛苦的修行者。感謝一路成全這些修行者的家人與另一半，因為有您們的體諒，讓我們修行之路更加順遂。」這讓我想起去年參加</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">Russell</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">老師的演講時，有人問他練瑜伽的</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">philosophy</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">為何，他回答「</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">Feel the Pain, Endure the Pain, and then Don’t Feel the Pain Anymore</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">」。雖然他的表情很認真，但我乍聽之下只覺得「這是在講笑話嗎？」隨著時日過去，我開始較能意會他想要表達的想法。這一次的路跑經驗更讓我體會瑜伽是如此，跑馬是如此，人生亦是如此。</P><DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV align=right>蔡方宜</DIV></SPAN></FONT>]]>
