mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">，另一方面心想既然速度已快不起來，那何不把練跑的距離拉長，也是一種體能的突破。後來決定參加台南馬拉松的</SPAN><st1:chmetcnv w:st="&#111;n" UnitName="公里" HasSpace="False" Negative="False" TCSC="0" Number="1" Sourcue="10"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">公里</SPAN></st1:chmetcnv><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">路跑，此時練跑的種類開始多樣化，嘗試了間歇跑和乳酸門檻跑，終於順利完成</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">(</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">。那時預定在今年就要完成初馬，不幸的事情發生了，一開始是夏天裡的好幾次</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">LSD</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">練得超不順，後來身體微恙又休息了</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">個星期，</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">9</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月再重新練習時，功力去掉</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">6</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">，竟然比半馬賽績還好。我的結論是練速度對於長跑有意想不到的幫助，而練長距離跑步則可以建立其他距離跑步的信心和基礎，所以若是以提升成績為目標，練習從</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">LSD</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體;
