    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1848" rel="nofollow">馬爾利</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5510<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2009-01-01 at 9:46am<br /><br /><P>昨天進行我的第三次約20公里長距離的路跑體驗.<BR>路線都相同,前兩次都能在1小時50分回來,回來的時候只有腳痠的問題.<BR>但是昨天下午,卻第一次覺得整個人都不舒服.<BR>跑到約14公里的時候幾乎撐不下去,後來只好放慢速度撐完.<BR>完賽時間為1小時56分,慢了整整6分鐘.<BR>自覺歸納幾個可能原因,<BR>1.這幾天因為下雨,距離上一次練跑時間超過3天.休息太久,所以今天跑得特別累??<BR>2.昨天天氣很冷,是否呼吸方面調的不好??<BR>3.我中午沒吃,血糖可能偏低??</P><P>個人覺得第3點可能才是主因.我雖然有帶隨身水瓶補充水分,<BR>且大約每5公里喝一次,是運動飲料加水稀釋,可是最後5公里,會覺得頭暈.</P><P>如果是這樣,請問大家都是怎麼補充飲水與食物的??<BR>* 水每隔幾公里喝多少?喝什麼水?<BR>* 食物大多吃什麼?吃的量與大約幾公里吃一次?</P><P>P.S.因應2月中的半馬,小弟從12月中起律定每周一次的20公里體驗<BR>其他時間大約1-2天練跑10公里.</P><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>
