    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=120" rel="nofollow">民間公證人陳永星</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5574<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2009-01-14 at 4:53pm<br /><br /><P>消費券，可委託家人代領，主管機關的立場也希望全戶僅由一人領取，作業上較為省事，堪稱大家方便。不知道有沒有哪場活動的門票(報名費)可以用消費券抵用？依規定似乎要『商家』才可以收受消費券，辦馬拉松的單物不算『商家』吧？參加馬拉松活動，在經濟學上可說是購買勞務吧？</P><DIV>多跑山路有益無害，除非跑之不以其方，例如下山大力跺腳，可能傷膝更傷心。原則上要上班的話就不太容易跑長跑遠，但據悉奔小姐都是凌晨三時許就開跑者，自然可以跑個夠，因此累積的能力，造就在西子灣總成績第三的榮耀。一分耕耘未必有一分收獲，無一分耕耘，半分收獲也難期待。</DIV>]]>
