Hi Dale!

I know it has been a long time, but here I am trying to get in touch with
you. I apologize for not doing it sooner, but as you know, lately, life
has been pretty hectic. I am sure it is the same for you.

In about two weeks, I will be going to Nagano-Japan to run the "Nagano
Marathon". The date of the race is April 20th. After this race, I will
stop traveling Internationally for a few months until things calm down a bit
because this is taking a toll on everybody.

When we were in Townsville, you mentioned that Shanghai had a Marathon in
October/November. Is that race still going on? If so, I could very well run
it this year. Can you tell me when? And perhaps send me the information I
may need to register for it? Let's keep in touch from now on.

I also received an e-mail from a friend of yours, Mr. Ing-Chien Chen. I
sent him an e-mail today, a bit late I must say, but better late than never!
I hope he didn't think that I simply ignored him. I am so embarrassed about
it.

Well, I hope to hear from you.

他在去年的曼谷馬拉松賽, 完走第330個馬拉松. 我想, 現在已經超過340了吧!
