    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1087" rel="nofollow">信利</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6114<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2009-06-30 at 11:43am<br /><br /><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><strong><FONT color=#0000ff>6/27(</FONT></strong></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><strong><FONT color=#0000ff>六<SPAN lang=EN-US>)</SPAN></FONT></strong>白天的熱天氣，讓跑步的慾望降至最低，儘管<?: prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:chsdate w:st="&#111;n" Year="2009" Day="5" IsLunarDate="False" IsROCDate="False" M&#111;nth="7">七月五日</st1:chsdate>即將在豔陽下奮戰，還是選擇避開豔陽練跑，傍晚快七點才慢慢跑過馬路，來到國中的跑道，輕鬆的起跑，天很快的暗下來，在第<SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN>道跑動，不敢衝速度，一來悶熱、二來下背近日偶爾隱隱痠痛，連續三日使用鎮痛解熱劑和肌肉鬆弛劑，稍稍緩解症狀，自從有跑步習慣以來，肌肉拉傷、髖骨痠痛、腳底水泡、下背痛、熱衰竭現象<SPAN lang=EN-US>…</SPAN>等，屬下背痛困擾我最久，苦無澈底解決之策。今天跑過<st1:chmetcnv UnitName="m" HasSpace="False" Negative="False" TCSC="0" w:st="&#111;n" Number="1" Sourcue="3000"><SPAN lang=EN-US>3000m</SPAN></st1:chmetcnv>身體熱開後，顯得輕鬆許多，在刻意降低重心，讓身體儘量減少上下晃動中自然加速，完成<SPAN lang=EN-US>40</SPAN>圈<SPAN lang=EN-US>8k</SPAN>的練習跑。<SPAN lang=EN-US>8k=44:20<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><strong><FONT color=#ff0000>6/28(</FONT></strong></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><strong><FONT color=#ff0000>日<SPAN lang=EN-US>)</SPAN></FONT></strong>小睡片刻的午後，騎著哈特佛出門，<SPAN lang=EN-US>16:25</SPAN>來到草屯公園，豔陽高照下只見天祥與我<SPAN lang=EN-US>16:35</SPAN>起跑了，溫吞的步伐只能碎步跑動，起跑<st1:chmetcnv UnitName="m" HasSpace="False" Negative="False" TCSC="0" w:st="&#111;n" Number="1" Sourcue="100"><SPAN lang=EN-US>100m</SPAN></st1:chmetcnv>志豪到來，等豪哥跟上再繼續前進，三人就一路哈拉的跑著，平頂好漢坡讓久未練跑的豪哥暫時當起步兵，一會兒往後頭看已不見蹤影，和天祥繼續一步一步的踏著，來到左轉往社福人員訓練中心的下坡，折返點是中潭公路交叉口，往回跑沒多久開始在好漢坡慢慢的往上爬，最後的抖坡還是當起步兵，上到最高點終於可以稍為喘口氣，後面的路只有平路和下坡，太陽緩緩下降溫度也略為降低，不過還是滿頭大汗的跑回終點，可能是體力消耗過多，晚餐時間只吃少許水果及喝水，身體累積的熱氣不容易消除，面對億載馬，唯一目標：平安完跑就好。去<SPAN lang=EN-US>1:14:55</SPAN>、回<SPAN lang=EN-US>1:11:44</SPAN>，<SPAN lang=EN-US>22k=2:26:39<o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><o:p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></o:p></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><strong><FONT color=#0000ff>6/29(</FONT></strong></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><strong><FONT color=#0000ff>一<SPAN lang=EN-US>)</SPAN></FONT></strong>傍晚六∼七點空檔，還是體育場最方便，和小楊第<SPAN lang=EN-US>8</SPAN>跑道<SPAN lang=EN-US>11</SPAN>圈，從慢開始，在呼吸輕鬆範圍內慢慢的加速，後面的速度有些快，完跑後再用更慢的速度跑<SPAN lang=EN-US>1k</SPAN>，<SPAN lang=EN-US>5k=26:26<o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=474" rel="nofollow">賁俊蓮</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6114<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2009-06-24 at 3:50pm<br /><br />除了看各位朋友今天又跑了幾公里，有空當然要來這裡串串門子．<DIV>連sir好久不見了（但看起來身材都沒變），最近有一回遇到志平，忘了提醒他日記很久沒寫了．</DIV><DIV>我問過不少朋友為什麼要跑步，有不少人的答案，倒不是身體健康，而是享受流汗的感覺．還有就是感覺可以把身上的廢物及不良物質排掉，然後大口享受美食．我大概也是這麼覺得，然後還有個最大的好處是可以∼流一點汗可以跑掉一些重量，就算是脫水的虛瘦，跑完的早上量體重時，看了就高興．</DIV><DIV>我發現早上跑十公里，體重大概沒差，慢跑二小時就會輕盈一點．可惜跑不快，那天跑六公里的大汗後，體重掉到五八點四，但是經過了一天的進補，還是六字頭．所以我不愛晚上量體重，看了就討厭<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="LOL" /></DIV><DIV>如果我體重增加三公斤，成績一定不只退步十秒鐘，可能會一小時<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Dead" /></DIV><DIV>人家第一次跑進四小時那個泰雅，體重只有五十八，後來太貪吃，就減不到那個體重囉<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Cry" /><img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Cry" /></DIV>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2237" rel="nofollow">土城烏龜阿財</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6114<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2009-06-14 at 8:25pm<br /><br />小弟也參加了這場比賽，連續的五公里上坡真是累人。一路上真想放棄改用走的。不過還好還是撐過去了。<br>看到5km的牌子心想說折返點到了，可是卻還要再往前跑，真是令人傻眼。<br>而且回程下坡的里程牌都比上坡的里程牌近一些，比方說會先看到6km然後過一段距離後才會看到4km的牌子（要回頭看）。<br>跟王兄一樣，小弟也是以為終點會提早到，沒想到也是要跑到起點。不過我沒有計每公里時間，純粹以為是主辦單位放錯位置了。<br>每次參加比賽都會覺得自己實力很差，已經盡全力跑上坡，結果還是一路被超，這些人都沒有心臟的喔？<br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=50" rel="nofollow">cesar</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6114<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2009-06-13 at 10:20pm<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 今天參加士林路跑賽休閒組。 <DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 與兩粒楊、銘瑞三人一起在最後面跑，大約在兩公里半處追上一名老者，看到他的汗衫背部上有繡文字、及年歲數，趨前一看，讓我頭上直冒三條線!啊!那一把年紀還在跑，那偶要跑到什麼時候才能停止不跑? </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 好戲還在後頭，當我們三人慢慢地跑，快要跑到迴轉站時，兩粒楊的腳居然有如神助，把我們摔開一溜煙就不見人影。就在這時看到永慢跑24小時的人物-順達兄，也在跑步，不同的是，他是在練跑，而我們是在競賽，迴轉後他跟我們一起跑了一段後，自行左轉往風櫃嘴方向跑去，啊!他要去練功?因那邊的坡度與海拔都比較高，跑那條路只能用「很喘」兩個字來形容跑時情形，因那條路的坡度很高。</DIV><DIV>原來2008年在東吳超馬賽上，他能跑出好成績，可能是因每星期有紮實的跑步訓練吧!</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 跑完後，在至善國中操場邊的樹下納涼，用毛巾擦乾汗後，居然還會流汗，可見那時氣溫實在是很高。</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />編輯者 cesar - 2009-06-13 at 10:22pm</span>]]>
