    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1368" rel="nofollow">chrysler</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6251<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2009-06-19 at 10:20am<br /><br />劣者只能說:「光走就要超過8k，難度相當高」<br>戴著GPS拼命走，試過就知道。<img src="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" /><br>因此，如果有走快的秘訣，劣者一定要好好學習一下。<img src="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" /><br><br>稍微 google 一下，發現競走的「走者」，一般至少都要有20k在一個半小時內回來的實力，甚至有一小時17分33秒的記錄。換算成半馬，大概也有90分鐘內到終點。50k有三個半小時的記錄。因此，顯然世界一等一的高手，「走的」和「跑的」時間並不會差很多。但是「走的」規則限制很多，最大莫過於雙腳不能同時離地。<br><br>因此，如果我們能夠練成走也能夠走快的話，用來走馬拉松，那真是無往不利啊，尤其是就算違反競走規則也不怕。]]>
