FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">PB</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">好像理所當然，仗著順勢，自認已能克服先前生理與心理障礙，疏忽身體警訊及應面對問題，從未停下腳步，傾聽自己身體的聲音，這次台南古都馬拉松終於嘗到身體的反撲，這是忽視必然的結果。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">為目標，起跑前和又仁約好，前半程由我帶，起跑後，困在人群之中，只能左右鑽動，再提高速度，擺脫人群，卻令又仁難以跟隨，之後以每</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">K430</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">配速前行，不久先後遇到村棋兄、</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體">海睎兄、朝文兄、</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">榮佳兄</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體">及勝凱兄<SPAN lang=EN-US>…</SPAN>等</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">會內外熟悉跑友</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體">，一路平順，<SPAN lang=EN-US>20K</SPAN>耗時<SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN>時<SPAN lang=EN-US>29</SPAN>分，尚能維持預定配速，然<SPAN lang=EN-US>21K</SPAN>處左小腿無預警抽筋<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" />，本不以為意，心想比賽或練跑從未抽筋過，自認放慢配速，將肌肉放鬆，可能一會兒就恢復沒事，到<SPAN lang=EN-US>22K</SPAN>處突然〝觸電〞似的，目魚肌、腓腸肌一陣糾纏拉痛<img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Dead" /><img src="http://www.taipeimarath&#111;n.org.tw/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Cry" />，動彈不得，只好原地罰站，自我按摩，此時心理上已浮現不安徵兆，必要時棄賽，然卡在半程中，又非繞圈賽，面臨後半程可能成為「步兵」的窘境，經短暫自我按摩後稍適，嘗試一拐一拐慢跑，雖然「慢」，但也算是「跑」，就這樣</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">平常半馬之後，後段加速，是師承大樹秘傳，幾乎所向披靡，甚少能讓跑友超越，如今任人宰割，印證了輾人者人恆輾之；不久「醫護站」浮現眼前，立即報到，這是跑馬以來，第一次進站維修，唉，以往總認為「醫護站」，對我而言是多餘的，如今卻是如獲至寶似的，在此感謝醫護人員辛勞，使我能在最短時間再次回到跑線上奔馳。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">「醫護站」，在冰敷、噴藥、拉筋多管齊下後，夾著落敗尾巴及跛行腳步，返營向獅子頭領隊大人報到，結束這場難忘又痛苦的古都馬。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></SPAN></P><P =Ms&#111;normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">「抽筋」雖是跑友常見問題，但對個人而言，自跑馬以來，無論練習或比賽，從未遇見，也自認不會發生在自己身上，所以放任自己狂奔在馬場上；回想賽前一週，曾</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">2</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">次在睡夢中發生小「抽筋」，但不以為意，也未探究原因，是肌肉疲勞、缺鎂、鈣、</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">鉀</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">或肌腱（肉）受傷</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">…</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana">所致，更未尋求因應防護措施，這次賽中激烈抽筋，是忽略警訊，必然結果，歷此教訓，告誡自己也希望藉此提醒跑馬新人，為使比賽發揮一定水準，將意外狀況減至最低，平時專注訓練外，也應停下腳步傾聽自己身體的聲音。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black;
