    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2836" rel="nofollow">老吳</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7447<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2010-03-26 at 3:48pm<br /><br />新手上網請眾賢拜不吝指點!從1993年為了準備爬玉山,開始慢跑,跑過幾次10公里,也跑過幾次半馬,大約在2.15左右,1997試過1次 ING全馬,跑了5.28,果然不是半馬時間*2可完成!真是鐵腿了!這兩年只跑半馬,沒想到富邦半馬隔3個月與國道半馬竟然2.22.08.一分一秒都不差,真是太神奇了 ！坐五望6的年齡,有無希望下個富邦馬或國道馬跑進4.30甚至4.00,會不會太野心了,可否請先進們給個高見! （平常10公里約60~65分左右,1星期跑5天）]]>
