    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=38" rel="nofollow">阿財</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7531<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2010-04-14 at 11:29pm<br /><br />沒錯，就是進化。榮總高偉峰醫師對東吳超馬及雅典7日賽2007-8年等研究，許多指數是可經多次參賽後調升門檻與承受度。所以在東吳超馬及第一次花東176都有生化檢驗，跑者可藉以得知在賽前賽後之生理狀況。 個人從歷次數據可知各項指數都下降，如<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">肌酸磷化脢ck由2002年的4000多到2010的3335，肝指數由9&nbsp;00多降至154等等，所以在正常狀況下是越跑越勇。也建議跑超馬前後作一些生化檢驗，了解身體變化。</SPAN> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />編輯者 阿財 - 2010-04-15 at 7:00am</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2015" rel="nofollow">bee</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7531<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2010-04-14 at 10:56pm<br /><br /><P>設想防禦力說的是白血球數目以及它的作用 但過高過低的白血球都不好</P><P>白血球(WBC)：正常值：5000~10000/ &#181;l。高：急性感染、組織壞死、白血病等。低：病毒感染、骨抑制、再生不良性貧血、自體免疫疾病等。</P><P>嗜伊紅血球是白血球的一種以它作為免疫力指標似乎過於簡單</P><P>應該從免疫著手 但是白血球對病毒是"沒用的"對細菌有用 &#160;</P><P>白血球由PMN與單核血球組成</P><P>多形核白血球PMN由骨髓產生，人體每分鐘產生 80百萬個，壽命只有2∼3天，(單核血球則有幾個月到幾年)，它構成體內白血球的 60∼70％。。PMN的主要功能是吞噬作用，吞噬後它即死掉，在細菌感染時，血液的 PMN會迅速增加，用來抵抗及吞噬細菌，因此若因治療或其他遺傳因素造成 PMN缺失，則易有伺機性細菌感染。<BR>&#160;a.　中性球，它佔PMN的 90％，大小約10∼20 μm 直徑，它受趨化因子<BR>　　　　(chemotactic factors)如補體、激呔(kinin)、分解纖維蛋白系統活化產物，甚至細菌的成分的刺激，會利用血球滲出方式(diapedesis)離開血管，產生發炎反應。中性球內含有很多酵素，或有害物質，可以殺死細菌或傷害組織，它是發炎組織中最常見的細胞。<BR>&#160;b.　嗜伊紅血球(eosinophils)，它佔血液內白血球的 2∼5％，細胞內的顆粒含有一些物質，它在氣喘或寄生蟲感染扮演重要的角色。<BR>&#160;c.　嗜鹼白血球在血液內佔白血球的 0.2％，在組織中的肥胖細胞，其功能和嗜鹼白血球類似。肥胖細胞分成兩類，一種是黏膜的肥胖細胞，另一是結締組織的肥胖細胞 。肥胖細胞內顆粒的媒介物和氣喘過敏很有關係。<BR></P><P>一般說免疫力..看這個比較快</P><P>http://www.ncku.edu.tw/~microbio/course/teacher/lei/lei1.htm</P><P><BR></P>]]>
