    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4334" rel="nofollow">paulchen502</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7566<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2011-11-04 at 4:10pm<br /><br />以我自己的經驗供您參考︰三年前開始跑馬，跑馬完腳的膝蓋或腳踝都會痛好幾天，最慘的一次是跑完艋舺馬後受傷，休息了三個月後開始到高中校園的運動場赤腳跑，從一公里開始跑，跑了三個月直到可以赤腳跑16公里，再開始跑馬拉松，這時的姿勢穿鞋已完全改由前腳掌著地(不是刻意是自然養成)，雖然跑馬的速度還是很慢，但這二年已不再受傷，不受傷才是我跑馬的主要目標。跑馬完恢復的時間比以前短，我覺得跑步姿勢已經跟隨每個人數十年，不能說改就改，應順其自然，像赤腳跑自然以前腳掌著地，不需刻意改變著地方式。]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>作者:</strong> <a href="http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3483" rel="nofollow">莫飛</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7566<br /><strong>發表於：</strong> 2011-01-12 at 11:27pm<br /><br /><font ="apple-style-span"="" color="#0000FF">我目前我也還再學習前腳掌著地的跑法，也還在尋找這個跑法的正確與否。</font><div>話說在99年9月初的時候，因為要一次的雨天練習，所以將淋濕的鞋子拿到大太陽下曬</div><div><font ="apple-style-span"="" color="#FF0000">(心想可以曬乾鞋子又可以殺菌，真是一舉兩得)，</font></div><div>結果誰知鞋子一曬之後原本有彈性的鞋底就這樣給他變硬，</div><div>在不知情的情況下就上路跑了二個小時，又是在馬路上跑，然後又是腳跟著地的跑法，</div><div>結果就跑出了足底筋膜炎，腳底整個腫大，腳底整個都不能做惦腳尖的動作，連走路都會痛，整整痛了三個月，</div><div>不得以才去醫院打類固醇，</div><div><font ="apple-style-span"="" color="#FF0000">(類固醇真的很厲害，打完之後馬上不痛，但醫生警告一個月內不能跑步)</font></div><div>現在腳好了，恢復跑步了，但又怕腳底的痛病容易復發，所以現在還在練習前腳掌著地的跑法訓練。</div><div>我現在也還太能適應這樣的跑法，感覺有些像是惦著腳跑步的感覺，大腿完全不會酸痛，</div><div>但小腿就不一樣囉，小腿的負荷非常大，已經跑了將近十天了，每次跑完小腿幾乎酸痛到不行，</div><div>但有跑友跟我說這樣的跑法是要常時間的練習，讓你的小腿去習慣，慢慢的將里程或時間拉長，</div><div>最後一定會比原本腳跟著地的跑法還輕鬆。</div><div>而我來這個網站也是想找一些有關步法的相關提問，</div><div>看看我這樣的跑法到底對不對，</div><div><font ="apple-style-span"="" color="#FF0000">(因為小腿一直還不能適應，所以這兩天又再懷疑是不是要回到腳跟跑法的練習)</font></div><div>如果有跑友知道這相關資詢的話，希望能不吝指教。</div><div><font ="apple-style-span"="" color="#0000FF">順帶一提，鞋子洗完之後就讓它自然風乾就好，千萬千萬不要能去曬太陽。</font></div><div><font ="apple-style-span"="" color="#0000FF">再好的鞋子一曬一樣都完蛋了。</font></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />編輯者 莫飛 - 2011-01-12 at 11:28pm</span>]]>
