style="font-family: 標楷體;">起跑之前整體狀況都還可以，加上有帶鹽片心理作用，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">跑起來安心很多，但是對我而言，這場雖然再創<span lang="EN-US">PB</span>，但是卻是痛苦萬分！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">起跑後依然是跟著蔡大哥的步調前進，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">跑了大概<span lang="EN-US">7</span>分鐘左右，路旁完全沒見里程牌，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然路協的里程牌不見得準，但是至少可以參考一下調整速度…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">前面幾公里在台南市區都跑的滿輕鬆，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一路還可以放鬆心情看看自己身旁的跑友…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">整條永華路似乎看不見底一直跑下去，也沒有里程牌可以控制速度，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">賽前看過路線圖，永華路跑到底大概是<span lang="EN-US">4Km</span>左右，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">自己手錶計時，大概也是在<span lang="EN-US">24</span>分鐘左右通過轉角路口，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">此時<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>組領先的選手已經迎面而來跑過去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這時候注意地面，已經從原本的柏油路面跑到水泥磚路面，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">怕膝蓋舊傷會復發，所以還刻意意圖減低速度，但是又怕跟不上，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">所以仍然繼續跟著蔡大哥的速度跑…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">之後左轉上橋，此時的風景還算不錯，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">下橋以後左轉跑進「巷子裡」，依然是水泥磚路面，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">所以心情一直很緊張，萬一這時候舊傷復發，那我剛好可以走回起點…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是所幸都沒有發生任何狀況，繼續往前之後就看見了<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>組的折返點，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">對我來說，這<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>雖然不會很累，但是似乎已經有點沒力的感覺了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">可能就是平日沒有練跑，才會導致肌耐力退步所造成的無力感吧！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">上了四草大橋之後，吹著台南的海風，雖然有涼意但不會冷，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">在橋面上有看見好幾個黃色的噴漆，仔細一看還看見「<span lang="EN-US">21Km</span>半折」的噴漆，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我想，這應該是去年古都馬的半程折返點吧…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">下橋後不久，就看見了海綿站，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">推算一下路程，來到這裡，大概已經是<span lang="EN-US">7.5Km</span>了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">補給完，往前跑不久，就看見醫護站，又進去噴肌樂，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就在此時，蔡大哥已超前而去，而我就在後面追趕上去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">也許就這一段，讓我徹徹底底的爆掉了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">為了追趕上蔡大哥的速度，不敢跨大步，反而用小碎步跟上去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">等跟上蔡大哥的時候小腿肌肉已經有點酸了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這時候遠方天空已經有陽光從雲層裡面探出來了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">感覺後段可能就會烤肉了，但是沒關係，我有鹽片，就儘管來吧！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">過了補給站後繼續跑了不久，就看見<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>的里程牌擺在路邊，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">對照一下手錶，「<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>有這麼快嗎<span lang="EN-US">?</span>」這是當下我給自己的疑惑…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然路協每<span lang="EN-US">5Km</span>才放一個里程牌，但是連這<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>的都要亂放，真不知道在搞啥！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">往前推進大概過了<span lang="EN-US">10</span>幾分鐘，接著又看見地上噴著<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>的噴漆，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">到底哪一個才是<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>正確的位置<span lang="EN-US">?</span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">往前不遠，就看見了<span lang="EN-US">42.195Km</span>和<span lang="EN-US">20.686Km</span>分開的牌子，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">看著已經右轉的人群，評估自己的體力，突然也有一種想右轉的衝動…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是我知道我遠到台南來，絕對不能落馬，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">為的只是在一次的肯定自己，在一次的突破自己，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">來到一個路口，跟著交通錐跑，切到了逆向車道，<span 標楷體;">當下更下定決心，要買一個<span lang="EN-US">GPS</span>手錶，或許就不會有這個問題了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一個左轉彎之後，從這裡開始要往七股跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">也就是來到了台<span lang="EN-US">17</span>線的西濱公路，經過補給站，然後繼續往前跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">補給站前方不遠就擺著<span lang="EN-US">15Km</span>的牌子，但是有了<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>的經驗後，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不太敢相信這個牌子的正確性…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">又往前跑不久，來到路口，居然還被攔下來交通管制…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一些跑友就塞在路口，真是有點哭笑不得…不是都說行人最大嗎？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">怎麼連路跑協會辦的馬拉松賽都會碰到這樣的狀況…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是停這個路口短暫的休息似乎也沒有恢復太多體力，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">反而無力的感覺越來越明顯…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">過了被管制的路口不遠，就看見全馬前幾名的選手已經往回跑了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是當下真的沒有那麼多心情去看別人怎麼跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">只知道自己這下能否跑完都是未知數…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">來到國姓大橋，過這座橋，速度開始減低，體力也開始下降，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是唯一不變的就是我要跑完全程的心，還有跟上蔡大哥的決心，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然一度會落後蔡大哥，但是還是會設法跟上來，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就這樣直到來到<span lang="EN-US">20Km</span>的補給站…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這裡有供應貢丸湯，還有醫護站可以噴肌樂，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是我選擇不喝貢丸湯，噴了肌樂，喝了運動飲料和鹽片後，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">跟上已經遠去的蔡大哥，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就在這路上，碰到最年長的馬拉松跑者，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">上次在泰雅馬也看到他，真的很佩服他的精神，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這麼年長了還能跑這麼快，相對而言，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">甚至還有些跟我同年齡的人始終沒辦法跨出第一步，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">問過他們，大多是因為<span lang="EN-US">42</span>公里太長，怕跑不完，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">或是不想浪費時間和體力在這沒意義的事情上面，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是換個角度想，與其浪費在電腦前或賴在床上，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">運動可以換得健康，何樂而不為？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">問過<span lang="EN-US">20Km</span>補給站的工作人員，才知道折返點在<span lang="EN-US">22.5Km</span>過去一點，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是這<span lang="EN-US">2.5Km</span>居然跟跑<span lang="EN-US">25Km</span>一樣艱辛，真的沒力了！真的！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到來到全程馬拉松的折返點，看見紅色的感應地毯，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">好開心，前半程終於結束了，接下來的後半程才是真正的考驗…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">通過折返點的手錶時間是<span lang="EN-US">2</span>小時<span lang="EN-US">36</span>分多一點<span lang="EN-US">(</span>沒記幾秒<span lang="EN-US">)</span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">剩下<span lang="EN-US">20</span>公里不到的距離，如果意志力可以帶動體力，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">或許<span lang="EN-US">2.5</span>小時可以回到終點…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">回程開始不遠，我先跟蔡大哥說：如果可以我想自己跑跑看，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">僅記得蔡大哥告訴我的：不要跑太快，也不要被我追過<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是回程的路途似乎比來的時候更遠，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">先是在地上看見<span lang="EN-US">25Km</span>的黃色噴漆，接著大概<span lang="EN-US">1Km</span>後才看見<span lang="EN-US">25Km</span>的牌子，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">讓我越來越搞不懂到底要看哪一個為準？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">靈機一動，想到台<span lang="EN-US">17</span>號道的綠色里程小鐵牌，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">或許可以拿來當配速參考的工具，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">絕對比路協的還準確，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我依然記得我開始的距離是台<span lang="EN-US">17</span>線<span lang="EN-US">157</span>公里開始使用里程牌，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">自己計時<span lang="EN-US">6</span>分<span lang="EN-US">30</span>秒要通過<span lang="EN-US">158</span>公里，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">也就是<span lang="EN-US">3</span>分<span lang="EN-US">15</span>秒左右要看見<span lang="EN-US">157.5</span>的鐵牌，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">以此方式不斷往前慢慢推進，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">可是就在這時候，不到<span lang="EN-US">27.5Km</span>的距離，就被蔡大哥給輾過去了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">也沒有要跟上的意志了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">然後也注意地面黃色的噴漆，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">27.5Km</span><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">之後就開始期待<span lang="EN-US">30Km</span>，以此類推，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一直回到剛剛左轉上西濱公路的路口，時間已經過了<span lang="EN-US">4</span>小時多，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這次要直線往前跑，經過工業區就可以回到市區，進入終點。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">想的很美，但是來到<span lang="EN-US">30Km</span>的標示牌的時候，兩腳已經開始軟了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">還剩下<span lang="EN-US">12Km</span>，告訴自己，就當作是<span lang="EN-US">12Km</span>的路跑賽就可以了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">可是偏偏沒力的感覺越來越明顯，表情越來越難看，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">還不到<span lang="EN-US">35Km</span>的距離，感覺牙齒咬合都在抖了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這時候鹽片僅剩下<span lang="EN-US">3</span>顆，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">預計在<span lang="EN-US">35Km</span>、<span lang="EN-US">37.5Km</span>和<span lang="EN-US">40Km</span>各使用一顆，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">剛好足夠我到終點…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">只記得回終點前最重要的指標是「大港觀海橋」，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">經過每一座橋都特別注意看橋名，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就是一直看不見「大港觀海橋」，過了<span lang="EN-US">35Km</span>的補給站，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不但塗上凝膠，更是喝下運動飲料，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">希望最後幾公里可以堅持到最後…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">「就只剩下<span lang="EN-US">7</span>公里而已了，堅持一下證書就到手了」<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">至少我記得我當時是這樣告訴自己…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到看見「<span lang="EN-US">Last 5Km</span>」的標示牌，開始倒數了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是體力能否維持住，我不知道，腳很酸、很痛，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">累了就停下來走，走不動就做伸展，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">當下只想回到終點，然後好好的休息！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而也在這時候，被碧蓮姐從後方輾過去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">甚至遠到看不見背影，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">還記得再折返的時候我還領先他一大段，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這時候居然顛倒過來了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">看見「<span lang="EN-US">Last 3Km</span>」之後，就可以清楚看見有一座橋了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而橋的另一邊，就是市區了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這時候手錶的時間也悄悄的通過了<span lang="EN-US">4</span>小時<span lang="EN-US">30</span>分鐘，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">「就當作是<span lang="EN-US">3000</span>公尺測驗吧！」這樣安慰自己…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">過了橋，已經所剩不多的體力再次被消耗，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">那種感覺真的是筆墨難以形容的痛苦，這種感覺，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">比當初第一次連馬的金石馬還痛苦…從腳底痛上來，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">兩隻腳跟綁鉛塊一樣重…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">看見「<span lang="EN-US">Last 1Km</span>」的距離，告訴自己快完成了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就是不能停下來走，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">過了以後看見麥當勞，還真想跑進去休息一下…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">最後一個路口，再次碰到交管，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">又被攔在路口等車，剛好趁這時候趕快蹲下休息…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">右前方已經可以見到台南市政府階梯狀的建築物外觀，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">剩下最後<span lang="EN-US">300</span>公尺了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">裁判在路口說右轉就可以到終點了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">右轉之後，看見終點的拱門，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不少選手在此都開始加速，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是我卻沒辦法拖起沉重的雙腳跑出去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">真的沒力了！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">離終點越來越近，心情越來越興奮，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是卻是被感動所佔據，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到通過終點感應的逼逼聲，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">從工作人員手上接過紀念獎牌（縮水了），<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我告訴自己，第九馬，我辦到了！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我堅持過、忍耐過，終於過關了<span lang="EN-US">!</span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span
