標楷體;">一轉眼的時間，十馬過去了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">過完年從第<span lang="EN-US">11</span>馬開始，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我不相信我這個年齡只有區區在<span lang="EN-US">5</span>小時邊緣遊走的成績，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">既然前面十馬都可以順順利利的完成了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">那麼<span lang="EN-US">11</span>馬開始就不能只有「完成就好」這樣的心態。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">於是，過完年後，每週五天選擇<span lang="EN-US">2</span>天來做<span lang="EN-US">5000</span>公尺的跑步，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">或者是<span lang="EN-US">30</span>分鐘的計時跑，跑出來的距離也都是在<span lang="EN-US">5500</span>公尺左右，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">之前在論壇看有前輩給予指導說要每天練<span lang="EN-US">10K</span>成績必然有所進步。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是我不但沒有每天練，練習量也直接打對折，不知道結果為何，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">於是就在這第<span lang="EN-US">11</span>馬驗收了自己練習的成效。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">在世運主場館這個大型會場比賽倒是第一次，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是動線非常的擁擠，選手和觀眾全都擠在一個通道進入主場館內，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">於是就會大家擠來擠去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而廁所又在主場館外面，然後大排長龍，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">光是一個去廁所然後回到會場，就花上了我快<span lang="EN-US">20</span>分鐘…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">在開跑前<span lang="EN-US">15</span>分鐘才在人潮中從廁所擠到會內的休息區，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">迅速脫下外套，塗抹凡士林之後又迅速跟著人潮擠向起跑區，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就怕鳴槍後我還擠不到起跑區，時間相對就被拖延不少，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是也還好人潮不算太擁擠，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一路擠擠擠好不容易擠到了起跑拱門的<span lang="EN-US">10</span>公尺內，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而從田徑場到起跑區這段不到四百公尺的距離的「慢跑」就足以成為暖身…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就在<span lang="EN-US">06:30</span>鳴槍起跑的是滑輪溜冰組的選手，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而和大會簡章寫的準時起跑似乎不太一樣，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">大概延遲了快<span lang="EN-US">5</span>分鐘第二組鳴槍才是全程馬拉松和超半程馬拉松組的起跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">通過起跑區的拱門連晶片感應的聲音都沒有聽見，而且感應區不是路協的地毯，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而是類似塑膠做的地墊，區區不到一公尺的寬度和略高的厚度，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">會不會有選手就此絆倒？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這次沒有先前蔡振曉大哥帶著我配速，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我也決定自己練習配速，用著自己舒服的速度慢跑，感受一下「國際賽」的感受，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">手錶時間過了<span lang="EN-US">7</span>分鐘，連<span lang="EN-US">1km</span>的牌子都沒有看見，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">心想「該不會這麼大的比賽也沒有里程牌吧？」<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不過就在我手錶時間來到<span lang="EN-US">7</span>分<span lang="EN-US">30</span>秒的時候，終於在路邊看見了<span lang="EN-US">1km</span>的牌子，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">當場驚嚇到，原來自己的配速這麼慢，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">所已就此開始漸漸加速，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">之後跟著人群左轉進入了機車地下道，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">小小的地下道擠進這麼多人，頓時之間空氣似乎不再那麼新鮮，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">還好這段難受的地下道不長，回到地面後，又跑了一段，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到我看見<span lang="EN-US">2km</span>的牌子時間也過了<span lang="EN-US">16</span>分半，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">配速不但沒有修正回來，反而越來越慢是怎麼了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不過往前跑不到<span lang="EN-US">400</span>公尺就又看見了<span lang="EN-US">3km</span>的牌子，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">結果這下不是配速太慢，而是變的又太快了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">居然第一次跑馬拉松用到<span lang="EN-US">6</span>分鐘的配速，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">當下想著「反正身體沒有向我抗議，所以這種速度應該沒有問題」<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是相對的想著會不會後半程就又爆胎了…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">沿途的啦啦隊相當熱情，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">熱鬧的程度遠比富邦馬拉松，震耳欲聾的加油聲不但熱鬧，反而有些刺耳…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是一大早的這些學生族群來到比賽會場為選手們加油，還真是感動在心頭，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">來到第一個水站<span lang="EN-US">5km</span>，配速剛剛好<span lang="EN-US">30</span>分鐘，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">如果水站的里程數正確，那麼配速應該就不會亂掉，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">來到<span lang="EN-US">7.5km</span>的海綿站，是由百信建材團隊所服務的，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">明明就是寫著「海綿站」，但是補給似乎比水站來的豐盛，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">連「甘蔗汁」都出現了！真的是很窩心，高規格的補給，真的是<span lang="EN-US">100</span>分！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不過最讓我開心的是到了<span lang="EN-US">7.5km</span>上橋前，身體除了流汗之外沒有任何異狀，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">連喘、累、酸都沒有出現，反倒是身邊一些半程的選手早已氣喘如牛，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">距離終點還有<span lang="EN-US">34.7km</span>，如果繼續這樣保持下去，那麼就有機會挑戰<span lang="EN-US">430</span>…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">上橋之後，又高又陡的爬坡，似乎也沒有太大的影響，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">上到橋面上，稍微調整自己的步調就又繼續往前跑去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">橋下右邊就是高雄火車站，以往來到這裡都只是匆匆經過，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">第一次這樣悠閒經過，心中感覺真的很不一樣，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">下橋後不遠，超半程的選手就右轉了，而<span lang="EN-US">42k</span>的選手則是要繼續往下跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">跑到<span lang="EN-US">12.5k</span>的海綿站，聽從裁判指示通過「晶片感應區」，一樣是沒有聲音的感應，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">來到昨晚住宿的國軍英雄館附近，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">進入愛河河邊的路段，昨晚這裡花燈的人山人海，如今只剩下跑步的選手們…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">沿著愛河河畔往前跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">每經過一座橋就會有一小段的上下坡，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">有幾個路口還要先讓車子經過，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">如果這些車子可以乖乖接受管制，那麼就真的太好了！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">在家樂福的水站之前，看見會內大哥大姐們的加油團，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">心中感動了一下，目前為止依然是<span lang="EN-US">6</span>分鐘的配速，沒有亂掉，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">進入了<span lang="EN-US">15km</span>的水站，完成補給之後，繼續往前跑著，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到一個地方要過橋迴轉，還有灑水降溫，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">本來已經流汗的身體頓時感到清涼，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一直跑著跑著來到了<span lang="EN-US">20km</span>的水站，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">時間剛剛好<span lang="EN-US">2</span>小時整，補給之後順便上廁所，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">離前半程剩下<span lang="EN-US">1</span>公里，但是身體狀況還算良好，希望可以一直維持下去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">跑了不知道多久，來到了著名的「蓮池潭」，一邊看著湖景，一邊跑步，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">儘管太陽已經高掛，天氣炎熱，仍舊是穩著自己的步伐往前跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這時候通過<span lang="EN-US">22.5km</span>的海綿站，不遠後又看見了<span lang="EN-US">23km</span>組的「<span lang="EN-US">Last5</span>」牌子，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">可能是因為真的跑昏頭了，跑友提醒之後才知道原來<span lang="EN-US">22.5km</span>是全馬的，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而「<span lang="EN-US">Last5</span>」是半馬的，所以還是以水站的為主，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">回到了世運主場館，看著半馬的選手紛紛進入終點，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">代表著距離來到了<span lang="EN-US">23km</span>，再過<span lang="EN-US">19km</span>就換我進入終點了！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">過了主場館之後全馬繼續往北跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一些車子不服管制硬要開過來，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是偏偏就是有一段是要跑進去快車道的，這樣真的很危險，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">難道花錢來跑馬還要先跟車子爭道嗎？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">若是撞到人了這個責任誰要來承擔？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">是大會嗎？還是那些駕駛？或是選手自認倒楣？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一直往前跑著，連路邊的<span lang="EN-US">7-11</span>都共襄盛舉開個補給站，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然只是幾杯水，一盤鹽，一些巧克力，但是這樣的補給也都夠了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">或許是後段開始體力漸漸下降，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">配速也從原本的<span lang="EN-US">6</span>變成了<span ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">遠離都市之後車子變少，河堤這段更是完全沒車，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">跑起來就安全多了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">通過河堤這段之後看見補給站以為<span lang="EN-US">32.5km</span>到了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">結果湊近一看，才知道這也是路旁社區提供的補給站，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">真的很感動，如果台北馬拉松不要跑上高架，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這畫面或許也可以在台北上演…只是烈日當頭，還真是辛苦了這些民眾！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">跑著不遠，還看見了真正的「<span lang="EN-US">32.5km</span>海綿站」和折返點，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">取了紅色的信物，連感應區都沒有，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">如果設立一個感應區不就可以省下了取信物的程序？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">剩下區區不到<span lang="EN-US">10km</span>的距離了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我知道這段開始是和自己的體能和意志力抗衡的過程，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">以往沒有「跑」這麼遠過，希望可以一直持續下去，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到終點都「跑」著進終點，那麼就表示體能大有進步了！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">來到高雄大學附近，此時胃部又開始抗議了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">附近也沒有補給站的廁所，只好向路旁的早餐店借廁所處理一下，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">可能是和之前嘉義馬一樣是鹽份補給太多導致脫水的腹瀉，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">所以剩下一段的補給可能就要調整一下…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">看見了「<span lang="EN-US">Last5</span>」的牌子，告訴著我只剩下<span lang="EN-US">5</span>公里了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">然而配速也因為剛剛的腹瀉下降來到<span lang="EN-US">7</span>分鐘，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而在看見「<span lang="EN-US">Last5</span>」的牌子之前時間也已過了<span lang="EN-US">4</span>小時，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而在這時候開始，原本還能慢跑的雙腳也沉重下來，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">開始跑一段，走一段，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">在烈日當頭的時候，感覺似乎怎樣都不對勁，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">隨著距離增加，倒數的距離越來越少，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到來到最後一個補給站「<span lang="EN-US">40km</span>水站」是由中油公司所服務，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">喝了水和飲料及小番茄之後就準備要提起沉重的雙腳往終點邁進了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">而原本預定最佳狀況可以完成的<span lang="EN-US">430</span>如今也只能等到下次再說了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">短短<span lang="EN-US">2km</span>的距離感覺好遙遠，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">回到早上出發的世運大道，明明路邊就寫著「<span lang="EN-US">Last1</span>」，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是這<span lang="EN-US">1km</span>未免也太長了吧！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">路旁已經完成的選手們不時也傳來加油聲，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就在離終點只剩下最後不到<span lang="EN-US">500</span>公尺的時候，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">左腳的大腿還是抽筋了，真的很不給面子，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">都已經是最後一段了還要來個抽筋，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">縱使一些跑友們在路邊加油打氣，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">還是忍不住要停下來舒緩一下已經抽筋的大腿，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">最後一個右轉，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">來到了往田徑場的路，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">下了往<span lang="EN-US">B1</span>的下坡，看見了水藍色的跑道，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">往終點之前還要通過最後<span lang="EN-US">150</span>公尺的環場，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">最後一個彎道還是忍痛輾過了一個跑友，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">然後通過最後往終點拱門的直線進入了終點。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">進入終點之前左邊的計時器才顯示<span lang="EN-US">4:57:XX</span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">等大會工作人員把我的號碼記下來之後，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">掛上完成獎牌，披上大浴巾，按停了自己的手錶，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">顯示著<span lang="EN-US">4:48:10</span>，跑出了個人最佳成績，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">緩步往成績列印區走，到場的女友來到身旁一看就知道我又抽筋了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是來到排隊領證書的時候，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">工作人員直接跟我說「現在領不到證書喔！你要不要用寄的？」<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我心想「如果不能領證書你坐在這裡看著其他選手來排隊是怎樣？」<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">為何號碼布跟金石馬一樣是刷條碼成績就可以列印了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">結果卻搞成這樣？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">還好晚一些才請女友帶著我的號碼布再前往領取一次，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">特別交代不要去找剛剛那邊，服務態度實在讓我不滿意！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然成績証明領回來了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是上面印著的成績是<span lang="EN-US">4:48:44</span>，多出來的這<span lang="EN-US">34</span>秒不知道哪裡來的，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">更扯的是晶片成績，應當要是最精確的晶片時間居然是<span lang="EN-US">4:40:10”</span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">少了<span lang="EN-US">8</span>分鐘代表什麼？<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">號稱「國際賽」，結果居然得到這樣的結果，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">連秒數都有誤差，成績證明連名次都沒有，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然知道自己不會進到前<span lang="EN-US">10</span>，但是至少讓我知道排名吧！<span
