sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">隨後隔週就發生了韌帶發炎的後果。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">經過了一年的時間，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">從第二馬累積到了第<span lang="EN-US">12</span>馬，相同的場地，相同的路線，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是卻是截然不同的心情和感受。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">天氣比去年好太多了，去年擔心沒辦法在時限內完成，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">今年甚至想再次挑戰比去年快一小時的紀錄…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然最後還是挑戰失敗，但是至少我平安完成了！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">有了去年的經驗，心中自然不敢放鬆，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一出發就控制自己的速度不要受到其他人的影響，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">想把秒數抓在<span lang="EN-US">6</span>分<span lang="EN-US">30</span>秒<span lang="EN-US">(</span>每公里<span lang="EN-US">)</span>的速度，有了高雄馬的經驗，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">如果我可以控制住自己的速度，要破<span lang="EN-US">PB</span>並非難事，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">畢竟<span lang="EN-US">448</span>的<span lang="EN-US">PB</span>還是有很大的進步空間。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">全長<span lang="EN-US">1016</span>公尺的萬里隧道，連同起點到隧道口的約莫<span lang="EN-US">300</span>公尺，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">原本預計<span lang="EN-US">8</span>分鐘要離開隧道，結果不知是否自己控制太慢還是沒有暖開，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">快<span lang="EN-US">10</span>分鐘才出隧道，尤其是對於沒有標示距離的金石馬，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">更是在考驗自己的配速和身體的感受，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">僅知道第一個水站位於<span lang="EN-US">5Km</span>處的萬里溫泉區標誌，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">於是只希望可以準時通過<span lang="EN-US">5Km</span>的水站，一路上的風景讓我想起了去年參賽的點滴，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">尤其是過了核一廠之後那段上坡，跑起來更是不敢放鬆…<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">到達<span lang="EN-US">5Km</span>水站之後看自己的手錶，已經過了<span lang="EN-US">35</span>分鐘，比自己預定到達的時間還要久，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然慢了兩分鐘，可是我還是告訴自己慢慢來，後面的路還很長，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">只要穩住往前跑，寧願慢一點，也不能後半程爆掉，這樣的代價不是兩分鐘可以補償的。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">第二個水站的<span lang="EN-US">10Km</span>，原本預計<span lang="EN-US">1</span>小時<span lang="EN-US">05</span>分就要通過的，果真通過的時間相距不遠，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">腳的感受還算<span lang="EN-US">OK</span>，至少疲勞的感覺還沒上來，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">通過半程折返點之後感覺沒有那麼擁擠了，但是這才是總里程數的<span lang="EN-US">1/4 </span>而已，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不斷告訴自己要放鬆心情，一面跑，一面估算時間，不知不覺的來到了<span lang="EN-US">20Km</span>的水站，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">位於石門洞旁邊的<span lang="EN-US">20Km</span>，此去離折返點僅剩下<span lang="EN-US">1Km</span>，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">沒有多加停留，想說回來的時候再補給就可以了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">結果沒想到就這一下，讓我的後半程再次爆掉！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">通過折返點的時間是<span lang="EN-US">2</span>小時<span lang="EN-US">14</span>分鐘，如果維持這種速度跑回去的話，可以在<span lang="EN-US">430</span>進終點，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">可是沒有想到，折返回來之後體力開始下滑比預期中來的快，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">原本預估在<span lang="EN-US">35Km</span>之後乳酸的堆積才會開始步行，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">後來下修至<span lang="EN-US">30Km</span>，最後才到<span lang="EN-US">28Km</span>居然就第一次停下來開始走走跑跑，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">想把自己的速度提升起來，結果卻使不上力，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">這種感覺…有點像去年跑第二馬的時候那種無力感，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">就照著身體的感覺走吧！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一直回到最後五公里的萬里溫泉區，時間已經到了<span lang="EN-US">430</span>，還有<span lang="EN-US">5</span>公里，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">原本想拼拼看能否保<span lang="EN-US">5</span>，結果最後幾公里斷斷續續都還有上坡的路段，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">即使利用下坡的時候把速度加快也得不到效果，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">反正只要一看到上坡就開始走，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">直到最後兩公里的下坡，居然開始抽筋，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">不甘心好不容易成績進到<span lang="EN-US">5</span>小時內，又在這場沒辦法保持住，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">最後<span lang="EN-US">2Km</span>的牌子擺在路邊，時間剩下<span lang="EN-US">9</span>分鐘就到<span lang="EN-US">5</span>小時了，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">終於看見通往終點的萬里隧道，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">距離<span lang="EN-US">1016</span>公尺，到達隧道口只剩下<span lang="EN-US">4</span>分多鐘，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">我知道如果拼一下，還是有機會，偏偏最後一段路還是提不起勁，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">在隧道內還是跑一段走一段，和去年一口氣跑到底實在差很多，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">看見隧道的出口時，碼表的時間已經到了<span lang="EN-US">5</span>小時整，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">連五都沒有保住，心中真的有很多的不甘心！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">但是最後一段還是盡力把它完成，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">看見了終點的拱門和計時器，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">拿出最後一點點力氣再終點前在輾過一個人，<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">最後的成績是<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">5:02’57”</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;" lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">雖然比去年快了<span lang="EN-US">44 </span>分鐘，可是我一點也不開心！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">一年來的感受，居然只進步<span lang="EN-US">44</span>分鐘！<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;">如果在慢個<span lang="EN-US">3</span>秒，就真的會有更多的不甘心！<span
