吉打十二小時超級馬拉松

   賽期:三月二十四日晚上七點至三月二十五日早上七點
地點：吉打州
報名費：馬幣十二令吉（非會員）
 男子組：前三名有獎杯（若破一百公里，將各獲一百五十令吉、一百令吉、五十令吉），四至十名有獎牌，其他只要至少完成四十公里都 有証書。
女子組：前三名有獎杯（若破九十公里，將各獲一百五十令吉、一百令吉和五十令吉），四至六名有獎牌。
 有興趣的台灣跑友可聯絡我，我會負責協助與我一起從吉隆坡北上參賽等事宜，我今年成功找了至少四名跑友北上參加，不會再孤孤單單 了，哈哈！
若有興趣者，我有掃描中文版本的報名表格，可向我索取。
Kedah 12 Hour Run 

Rule:1. Target
A) To create spirit of challenge B) Train for endurance and stronger body.
2. Date: 24/25-3-2005 / 3. Time: 7.00pm to 7.00am
4. Place: Persatuan Larian Jarak Jauh Kedah Utara (North Kedah Long Distance Run Association) Address: Pekan Kubang Sepat, Mk, Air Hitam, Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman.
5. Group: A: Men Open, B:Women Open
6. Entry Feee: A) Member: RM6.00 B) Non Member RM 12.00
C) Register on race day and after closing date: RM12.00 (member) n RM24.00(non member)
7. Registration Place: 1028, Bee Bee Park, 05400 Alor Setar, Kedah.

8.Rule of competition: 
A) Start and finish at the club house ,the distance ofevery round is 3.5km. 
B) Every round take a card which have your number andtiming ,throw in a box on the table infront ofofficial.
C) Participant allow to rest or walk and run atanytime..no time limit,but cannot go the other placefor rest ,except for toilet at club house. 
D) Participant allow to withdraw from race atanytime,and the distance will take count.
E) Organiser will announce every 4 hours the total distance for top 20 men open placing and top 10placing for women open.

9. Drink/Food: Rest station will provide enough food,drink and nice tim sum at anytime.

10.Prize: 
Men Open: Base on the distance completed,atleast finish50km ,organiser will give to 1-3 winners certificateand trophy,if break 100km,will add cash money(RM150/100/50), 4-10 placing will receive certificateand medal.

Women Open: Base on the distance completed,atleastfinish 40km,organiser will give to 1-3 winnerscertificate and trophy,if break 90km,will give cashmoney (RM150/100/50),4-6 placing will receivecertificate and medal.

Others: Participant who finish atleast 40km and abovewill receive certificate.

11. Time for prize presentation: Date:25.3.2005 Time:8.00am

12. Certificate: All the certificate will send byorganiser.

13. Organiser will change any rule above if it isnecessary.
