In my English environment (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030922), I can read Chinese on lists of articles (for example, http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/active_topics.asp - http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/active_topics.asp ). However, when I click on any of them to read the contents, I get all scribbled text (for example, http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1596 - http://www.taipeimarathon.org.tw/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1 596 ). It's because the content page set charset=utf-8. It should be "big5". It was fine two days ago. I think some settings were changed.

You may want to find out all occurrences of "utf-8" and replace them with "big5".

Sorry I am testing the charset problem
try to rewrite some source code
but upload the wrong version
It has been big5 now.
