2012陽光、活力、關山馬邀請賽

選手注意事項

1.請選手自行上 伊貝特報名網  http://bao-ming.com/eb/www/reg.php?activitysn=62列印報到通知單(預計0710_1800上線)。

2.比賽時間：
7月21日12：30起跑，限時6小時30分、
7月22日05：30起跑，限時7小時、挑戰組07：00起跑，限時3小時；無法於時限完成全程之選手，不發成績証明。主辦單位可視當日情況是否延長活動時間；仍無法於延長時限完成之選手，不發成績證明。

3.報到時間地點：101年7月21日（星期六）09：00∼18：00、7月22日（星期日）05：00∼06：00，關山親水公園大門廣場。

4.請依報到通知單編號進行報到領取選手物品。(號碼布、T恤、晶片，請核對晶片上選手姓名、比賽編號)。本人無法親自報到者，可委託他人代領。

5.完賽成績證書賽後現場領取。

6.本賽事使用晶片，不收押金；以晶片領取完賽成績證書，遺失賠償500元。

7.大會提供寄物服務時間：101年7月21日（星期六）11：30∼13：00、7月22日（星期日）05：00∼06：00；地點：公園內會議室(廣場建物右側)。

8.賽事距離平均約2.5公里設有補給站，請選手自行調配飲食，保持體能最佳狀態。

9.終點提供馬拉松選手關山便當及飲料服務。

10.本比賽正值夏日高溫，選手務必考量本身高度耐暑熱等健康狀況。

11.相關事項、通知請密切注意「跑者廣場」及伊貝特資訊服務網站訊息。

2011 Sunshine Energetic Guan Shan Marathon Invitation Game

NOTICE 

1. Please log in http://bao-ming.com/eb/www/activity_content.php?activitysn=62 to print the notice.

2. Game schedule:

The game on July 21 starts at 12:30 and limits the game to six hours

The game on July 22 starts at 05:30and limits the game to seven hours.

The group of challengers starts at 7:00 and limits the game to 3 hours.

Those who are unable to finish the game before the time limit can’t get the finish certificates.

The host may protract the game in case of circumstances. If athletes still can’t complete the game

during the extra time, they can’t get the finish certificates.

3. Registration period and location:

From 11:30 to !3:00 on July 21(Saturday) and from 05:30 to 06:30 on July 22(Sunday), 2012 at Guan Shan Water Park square.

4. Please receive the necessary items, including the number strip, the T shirt and the chip by the register number, and check the name and number carefully. Those who can’t report for duty in person may do it by others 

5. The deposit of the chip isn’t needed, but the certificate will be replaced with the chip by the athlete. Anyone loses the chip has to pay compensation for NT$500

6. The cloakroom service is offered  from 11:30 to 13:00 on July 21(Saturday) and from 05:00 to 06:00 on July 22(Sunday) for your convenience at the conference room in the park( on the right side of the building on the square).

7. The supply line is set on the average of 2.5 km. Athletes may help yourselves to the supplies you need to retain the best physical conditions.

8. Lunch boxes and drinks are ready for athletes at the destination.

9. The game is held on a hot summer day, so please carefully consider your health conditions before the game.
