How can the fee be sent? cash, check, or creadit card. Cash in an envelope can be easily lost. The organizer may not get the fund if the fee is sent via checks because a check is usually specified with withdrawal date in Taiwan. In this case, it's better to work with credit card organization to accept creadit cards.

is not clear. The mail lacking of volunteer???

Do not need to say "Competitive race". A race is always competitive, so "race" is simply enough.

You may say "3Km Fun Run" instead of "Health Joggers".

About tbe dispute, "It will be judged by sponsors." I never witnessed a dispute, but I don't feel comfortable about this sentence. Who are the sponsors? Those with money? The most important thing is a race is "fairness". I hope they are someone such as track and field experts/authorities. On the other hand, you can say something like "all disputes will be resolved by Taiwan track and Field referees."

There should be a waive form/signature at the end, saying the organizer is not responsible for any accidents during the race due to runners' responsibilities. Runners should consider their fitness about what they are doing. This way, the organizer can protect themselves from any possible lawsuits. On the other hand, should mention more about how medical preparation and assitance is working during the race, the number of water stations, and how they are distributed , e.g. every 2Km.

It's better to organize these points into a few sections.

If the race is going to invite people from other contries, it's better to have a section about accommondation - travels, lodging, traffic, sightseeing, etc.

How about post race activities other than the awarding ceremony?

I found a few typos. you can run the spell checker program in your articles. For example,

I made my comments from the viewpoints of races in US, which may not be appropraite for races in Taiwan (Yes. "我把他定位在給在台灣的外國人看的" I agree.). However, I believe organizing a race is a teamwork, which is much more difficult and complicated than running a race. Rome is not built in a day. So let's try to find out (brainstorm) everything to be done for an ideal race. Then see what we can do in this race in reality and complete it as best as we can. Have all the remainings as to-do for the next race. Then we'll guarantee each one is better, while we're making progress in organizing a race.

But it's true that "觀看別人拼得你死我活也很有趣" When I ran 1/2 marathon in marathon races (at that time I was not good enough to run a marathon), there used to be enough time after I finished to watch top marathon runners sprinting to the finish. This is very exciting. In US, they are usually Kenyan or Ethopian, who can run 5 min mile pace (1 mile = 1.6km, so it's faster than 3 min 10 sec per Km) all the way. They make a living by winning races. They look like black missiles, so slim, and built for running. Every footstep is so easy to them. All we have to say is they are running machines.

Normally, it's easier to commenting than implementing them, (i.e. easier said than done). I gave my opinion and was glad that you would consider them.
