江老師你今天換單車哦
我今天也騎單車, 永和這頭騎到三峽媽祖田那端,
終點到終點, 共計來回44K.
 不知下次從碧潭這頭騎到淡水那頭, 能不能活著騎回來啊 ?

今晨本來要參加蘆竹路跑賽，但是迷路了！於是就在良機廠附近推車慢跑約5公里，時速約10~11公里之間。每天跑真的比較單調，換一換騎單車或是游泳也不錯！今晨騎的里程約為90公里，太久沒騎了，好累哦！

Sorry, it is our mistake ~ forgot to annouce the running race in the JeiBao Website.
we drove two cars to the destination yesterday to attend the running.
there still have the empty seat.
hope it will not happen again on next time -- we will annouce the running schedule before the running race.

Brother, Thank you! Never mind. It's a good expericence for me to riding bicycle to 桃園。It was reminding that my job environment before education position.
