又是例行做 800m 間歇的星期三, 也因為明白天要去醫院做心導管的檢查 (left heart cath), 之後會有幾天無法做激烈的運動, 雖然兩腿仍有點酸, 也依舊努力完成6 趟 800m 間歇, 每趟約 3 分鐘, 跑得比上週順暢, 相當滿意.

	我只是出去散步，最後得出結論，以避開到日落，為走出去，我發現，是怎麼回事英寸 -約翰繆爾（1838年至1914年）只是出去走走，結果待到天黑，我發現，出走竟真是返我。

	12 月 24 日帶七歲的兒子與四歲的女兒去爬山, 心導管的檢查這是我平常練山訓的地方, 但今日未登頂, 來回共約 10K, 總爬升與下降各約 600m, 輕鬆走走停停, 看心導管檢查後的下肢主動脈切口是否能承受, 一切還好.
	我只是出去散步，最後得出結論，以避開到日落，為走出去，我發現，是怎麼回事英寸 -約翰繆爾（1838年至1914年）只是出去走走，結果待到天黑，我發現，出走竟真是返我。

	Dear friend, Why do you need heart catheter ? That is an invasive procedurer. Do you have anything wrong with you heart ? I can not believe you need this kind of check-up.

	I may have congenital heart defects. There are heart disease in my family history. My doctor found some irregularities in my ECG during a recent checkup, so he suggested me to do this as a detailed examination. The procedure is indeed invasive and sounds scary to me. I thought if the results can reveal any problems with my heart, the procedure is still useful. Anyway, it is done and my heart seems normal. Now it just takes time for me to recover and get back to my strength. Do you know any bad things about the procedure?

	Generally speaking, non-invasive procedure ( cardioechography ) is preferred and catheter reserved for preoperative evaluation. Did you have echogram before or just jump to catheter directly ?

	I should have done all heart examinations and they all look normal except the ECG. I think that's why the doctor wanted to do heart cath to find out why. I'll have a visit on 1/4 and I can ask for details. Hope this procedure has not injured my body.
